The hotel, in terms of its service and quality of rooms, is not worthy of 4 stars, I thought 5 stars, just gorgeous!!!! The kitchen is of a good standard. Therapeutic procedures are excellent, the salt chamber and oxygen seem to be incomprehensible to people who do not have breathing problems, but believe me, they are great!! exercises in the pool and gymnastics, and stretching definitely work, the anemia in my legs went away - it’s a pity we don’t have that.Negatives
We received some negative feedback from people smoking on the balcony. There were people like that living in the room below us, and as a result, the whole stench was in our room. Maybe we should somehow move smokers to the upper floors? What is the point of banning smoking in rooms? Regarding Thai massage, I'm sorry, but this is a simple classic massage, performed in Thailand as a normal massage therapist should do it. in principle I liked it, but the name!!!????

We stayed at the sanatorium for the second year in a row. Everything was very good. The food this year was even better than last year. Treatment and spa center at the highest level. I hope that I will be able to come next year.Negatives
Unfortunately, the sanatorium does not have a place where you can spend time in the evening. There were 7 of us who wanted to play cards or sit and talk after dinner, we were told that the board game room was closed. Dinner until 19.00, if the weather is bad there is practically nothing to do at the hotel.

The air conditioning system in the rooms does not work properly. The cooling does not turn on at all, but the heat turns on all the time. There is no notification about the closure of the passages between the medical building and the hotel. We were in the elevator, and our friends walked. They managed to get through, but my husband and I got stuck in the medical building and spent 15 minutes looking for someone to help us. We were greeted well by the security guard, who heard us and let us out into the street. But by the time we got to the hotel in bathrobes, we got wet and caught a cold.

The attitude is friendly, everyone is responsive. The magnificent nature and in general the whole atmosphere of the town of Druskininkai is conducive to a good, relaxing holiday. I wish the food was a little more varied. For a 4 star hotel the food is not adequate. regarding the procedures: I wanted the massage to be performed by one massage therapist, and not change every time. the result and effectiveness of the massage will be much higher.

Our disappointment started from the beginning. We booked a luxury room, and I asked fro the room with a balcony.I was promised a room with a balcony, but did not get it. Second disappointment was with the food. The breakfasts are excellent, but the lunches and dinners are too heavy, the fish (which is better served forth lunch, not fort the dinner) was absolutely tasteless. I have been at this hotel the last year and was totally satisfied. This year I have a feeling that it was a waste of the money and time.

I liked everything very much. Living conditions, food and treatment are at a very high level. Great internet. I really liked the gymnastics and spinal stretching in the pool - it’s clear that the instructors “put their soul” into the procedures. The massages are also at a high level. (All this is especially true when compared with another sanatorium in the Czech Republic where we were last year). A nice bonus is saunas in the water park. I really liked the city itself, full of parks, lakes and forests.

In the photo (we took a mini-suite) there is a room with a bath, but we got a room with a shower. And I wanted to lie in the bath.

This is not the first time in Druskininkai, I have been several times on weekends for 2-3 days, mainly at the Grand SPA Letuva. For treatment and long-term relaxation, of course, 4* is better. Pros compared to 3*: large standard double room, luxurious varied food (the dishes are not even repeated), it’s quiet in the restaurant, closer to the medical building and the water park (although this is not important for me). The treatment is excellent - all the staff are helpful and attentive, the procedures are drawn up so that after lunch you can do the “free program”. Now, I think I will rest and receive treatment here every year. After the holiday, as always in Druskininkai, I have only positive emotions.Negatives
There is no negativity. Maybe the only wish for the site is to make it possible to choose two meals a day for a lower price (now when choosing half board the price is the same as for full board).

I was surprised by the Laboratory’s work system. At the reception they said that from 8.00 am. It's official. They came several times at 8.00, but they never gave blood, because at 8.20 the nurse was not yet there. And our procedures begin at 9.00, before which we need to have breakfast. They wanted to do a full blood test. It is a pity that due to the lack of availability of just one employee of the sanatorium, it was not possible to do everything that was planned.
