The quality, quantity and variety of food are excellent. The work of all staff is aimed at meeting all the needs of vacationers. I can compare it with the best resorts in Europe that I have visited. Rooms without air conditioning! And this is Egle plus (or comfort as it was called). There are no air conditioners even in the corridor of the dormitory building. The room has carpeting that has an unbearable smell of feces! I tried to change the number, but after looking at 3-4 rooms, I realized that it was like that everywhere. When the sun came out on the windows, it was a gas chamber. It was not possible to rest after the procedures; I had to sit in the corridor under the air conditioning.

Very hard mattresses, we suffered for the first 3 nights in the morning, everything hurt, until we were told to ask for another mattress on top. This problem has been known for a long time. And after the renovation, the Egle Standard B building already has good beds and air conditioning! We were in the heat of the moment and there was only a fan in the room, which of course helped a little. There were no gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives in the diet.

the sanatorium is poorly adapted for patients with joint and back problems, the pillows are uncomfortable, the mattresses are very soft, there are no devices in the bathroom to make it easier to get up from the toilet, there is no possibility of taking dirt into the body, since it is impossible for a sick person to get up from the mud couch without help, but they provide it reluctantly, I had to replace it with mud bags and go to a distant building, and lastly, terrible girls masseuses who do not give a massage, but lightly stroke the back. A huge drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and ventilation in the bathrooms, stuffiness in the corridors. The pool is not suitable for gymnastics for people shorter than 158 cm, and there are many of them, it’s a shame, because the pool is the only place for us where we can train the muscles and joints of people with arthrosis

1. The main problem is the quality of accommodation for guests: despite the fact that the sanatorium charged an additional 20 euros for fulfilling the conditions for accommodation (above the first floor, two separate beds, non-sunny side), no one was able or willing to fulfill these conditions. We were given a room on the sunny side with a view of the back of the cafe. Not only are there garbage cans there, but also freight transport comes for unloading/loading from six in the morning until the evening at intervals of once every 15 minutes with corresponding noise. We lived like in a bus station. Questionable comfort for extra money. Explanation of the staff: separate beds in rooms only on the sunny side, in rooms overlooking the forest there are only double beds, very strange for a company positioning itself as a 4-star hotel. The rooms should be universal or, if you charge extra, the beds can be rearranged - standard practice around the world. The rooms lack any kind of protection from the sun; after lunch, the room turned into an oven; you could only enter after 21:00. 2. Food: 90% of meat dishes are from pork, after all, this is a sanatorium, including for people with problems in the gastrointestinal tract, and the emphasis should be on dietary cuisine. The cleaning of tables is disgustingly organized; there are often situations when guests are eating, and ALL the tables around are covered with dirty dishes. If the staff can’t cope, then the staff needs to be increased. 3. The situation with the logistics of medical procedures is not very good; an attempt has been made to computerize the schedule, but it is unsatisfactory. Treatments such as massage and water treatments should not interfere with food intake. We visited the sanatorium for the first time, on recommendation. I really liked it. Friendly, hardworking staff at Egle plus. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Fresh air. Excellent swimming complex with saunas and pools. Super. The lack of air conditioning did not have much of an impact due to the good weather. What will it be like in other periods of time?
