We rested in the sanatorium for the first time. The sanatorium is above all praise! Excellent spa treatment, attentive staff, excellent location in a pine forest. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail for the comfort of vacationers. I would especially like to mention the excellent cuisine with a large selection of dishes for every taste! Now you will have to make an effort to get rid of the gained weight). I would like to express special gratitude to the employee of the Ausra Lukoseviciene sanatorium, as well as to the doctor Lilia Verovenko for their kindness, professionalism and attentive attitude towards people! Please decide with a free transfer. I went to Druskiniskait. Why were we taken to Birštonas to deliver one client. There were three of us in Druskiniskait. What logic is it guided by? We arrived at 19.00. The day was completely lost. We didn’t even get an appointment with the doctor. On the day of departure. There are 2 procedures in the questionnaire. Departure is at 9.00. And who will pay for them? And the doctor who saw them the next day. 03/07/24.. This is something. They said a blood test for gout and a general analysis. She was not interested in this. As she said You have fixed procedures. Otherwise everything is fine.

Applications in vertical pools were not always professional and kinesitherapy in the pool did not always take time, e.g. instead of 30 minutes it was only 25. Music was also missing here, which used to always be a supplement.

But: 1. Procedures have appeared that were previously free, but now need to be paid for, such as gum irrigation. 2. The audio-visual procedure does not allow you to relax, as the audio speaker is noisy. Just annoying. I told the staff about this, but didn’t go back. 3. An expired, or rather smelly, chicken roll was served in the dining room. I took it to the employee who scans the bracelets, asked that it be removed from the distribution, she took my plate with the words “Well, excuse me, but after the end of dinner, I went to the distribution, it was still standing in place.” I had to call the kitchen worker and he removed it in front of me. The taste of this roll haunts me to this day. My friend got a piece of glass in her food from my room. In all likelihood, it was in the cabbage, as well as the chipped edge of the glass. Unfortunately, there was no reaction from the staff. This is not my first time at this sanatorium, but this visit really upset me.

We love everything during our stay at the hotel "Egle Comfort": the location, the service, the physical therapy, the food. We especially liked doctor Lilya Verovenko who made an eye opening discovery for one of the health problem with my husband and the main reason we came to the Sanatorium. I really didn't like the transfer. I arrived in Vilnius at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, and they brought me only at 8 o’clock in the evening. For some reason I had to wait another half hour for the plane, then the woman who flew on it was taken away, and I was the last to go! Question - why should I wait for someone, why can’t a person leave home at 6 am by 6 pm??? Since the evening there was no poppy dew in my mouth and they brought me in when dinner at the sanatorium had already ended. From Vilnius to the sanatorium 130 km. The ride here is nothing at all, but it took me 4 hours to drive. That's great! It was possible to go to Minsk during this time.

There was no water for two days, I had to cancel the procedures, but no one talked about compensation. The staff in the dining room is not friendly, one might even say rude. Lack of assortment of dishes. Food tastes terrible. No choice of salads.
