We chose Egle+ because... The description says it's 4 stars. As a result, there was no ventilation in the room (not to mention air conditioning), in the evening the lighting did not allow reading, it was simply dark, and the bedside lamps did not solve this issue. You could guess that the room was cleaned only by changing the towels, but when only half of the set was changed, we were stumped)). Dressing gowns were changed only the first week and almost every other day, and the second week passed without a change, apparently this issue was resolved by the number of shifts, and not by regularity. All procedures were distributed by computer program, which was not always convenient, because they were heard all day long, which made it impossible to travel to the city and its surroundings.

Compared to 2016 and 2017, food in the canteen has changed for the worse. 1. Very meager number of dishes. 2.- poor quality of food preparation. 3. A lot of salting, especially cutlets. 4.- monotonous, often repeated menu. 5.- the reduction in the staff of waitresses has led to the fact that they do not have time to remove used dishes from the tables - everything is always covered with them. I suggest that waiters carry dishes on trays, and not 2 plates in each hand! 5. - one gets the impression that the chef has changed in the kitchen! I think that all this can be easily fixed without large material costs! And more diet food! Good luck with your work on eliminating the shortcomings!

The whole positive picture is distorted after visiting the pool, which visitors use (about 80-90 percent) without first visiting the shower, even after a sauna. At the same time, the staff is inactive, there are no signs in the form of signs, the flow of visitors is chosen incorrectly.

There are no minuses... just a note: The Kitchen... is a little tight around the buffet... people often clash, especially where there are drinks.
