I liked absolutely everything, if you give a rating then 5++++++, or “extremely satisfied.” During my 81 years of life, I have visited many countries, including resorts and sanatoriums, Egle + is by far the best. Thank you very much to all the staff, for the excellent service, for the wonderful bed linen (just silk), for the delicious food (communism & whipped cream with candied fruits), special thanks to the pedicure and manicure specialist (the copper basins and baths were impressive) for his professionalism and sensitive attitude. She told her children and relatives that stop going to the seas and oceans, go to a pine forest, to the banks of the Neman River and you will have great pleasure. THANK YOU !!!

I really enjoyed my stay and treatment. Treatment is at the highest level, and prices are two times lower than in Karlovy Vary, Germany and other resorts in Europe. Such food has not been found anywhere else - a varied dietary buffet for every taste. The hotel is in a pine forest - the air is saturated with the smell of resin. There is a lot of entertainment for every taste - cycling routes through the forest and throughout the city. For children, a chic Panda Park with a flyover over the river and bungee jumps; an indoor ski slope, a cable car, and a water park. The sanatorium itself has a gorgeous swimming pool with a large number of hydromassage zones and temperatures from 29 to 36 degrees in different areas of the pool, which is important for infants. There are various playgrounds outside (basketball, tennis, children's playground with swings) and inflatable trampolines. In short, great for adults and children

We visited for the second time during the May holidays. This year we were unlucky with the weather, even snow fell. I really like the price/quality ratio of this sanatorium. Very good quality treatments, with the possible exception of massage. Magnificent swimming pool and saunas, cozy rooms. The staff is very polite and helpful. We'll definitely come again.Negatives

It is advisable that the massage course should be performed by one person, otherwise each specialist does something for himself, it is not clear what effect is achieved. And I don’t want to say anything bad about massage therapists, but they all have different attitudes towards work. Some people just indifferently stroke and stroke, while others thoroughly examine the problem area and work specifically on it. Example: my husband was prescribed a massage of the lumbar area, on the last day he went to see a massage therapist, who immediately told him that he had no problems in the lumbar region, that he needed to massage his back, because that’s where the problem was. What if they told him this at the first session, we would have consulted a doctor and changed the massage area. It turned out that the massage was not what was needed. But we are still grateful, we will look for such a responsible massage therapist in Minsk))

Very uncomfortable mattresses, you feel every spring on your back! The pool is not suitable for Aquagymnastik (very deep), and this procedure was more like disorganized waving of arms and legs.

A week ago I returned from Egle Plus. I was met by the transfer driver Vitas, very polite and friendly. We arrived at the sanatorium around 11 p.m. Ilona was waiting for me at the reception, very friendly and smiling and with packed rations! The room was single on the second floor. Cleanliness and order, refrigerator, safe, radiator, balcony. The maids work very quickly and efficiently. Clean towels every day, change of linen and robe every 3-4 days. The next morning I saw the doctor - Daniil Uteshev, Doctor of Science, Professor, a very professional, smiling, attentive and friendly doctor. Amazing procedures - 6-7 per day, extremely friendly attitude of the staff. I really liked absolutely all the procedures.. Mud, baths, underwater massages, lymphatic drainage massage, electrical stimulation, etc. – both the quality is first-class and the attitude is impeccable. The food is delicious and varied, I enjoyed it and even lost a couple of pounds. Luxurious pine forest, cleanliness, silence, walks. The Russian library, four Russian channels - everything is conducive to rest and relaxation. The weather was excellent - from 2 to 16 degrees during the day, with only two or three days of drizzling rain. In general, I had extraordinary pleasure and highly recommend to everyone at least two weeks of happiness in the Egle Plus sanatorium.Negatives
As for the procedures, the only complaint I have is about the gymnastics coach in the pool - he gets bored himself, and his clients get bored with him. Lean face, slow pace, absolutely monotonous exercises. On Sunday, a girl replaced him - it was easy, fun, fast and varied. The cultural program is rather poor. The evening with the saxophone in the bar was very pleasant, but the harpist's concert left people in disbelief - half left during the intermission. Free doesn't have to be bad. Two films in two weeks - 1940 and 1945, strange. There is a kettle and dishes in the room, but no tea or coffee. There are two couches in the electrical stimulation room, and often there is a man and a woman at the same time, it’s uncomfortable, because people are lying half naked. There should be a prohibition on the door of the lymphatic drainage massage to enter in bathrobes and barefoot. But these are all little things that absolutely did not spoil the overall amazing impression, but can also improve the already excellent quality of service. Thank you all so much!!!

I am very pleased that I chose the Egle+ sanatorium for my vacation. A very beautiful place with wonderful air, when you walk, you really get another healing procedure. I am very grateful to all the staff, I have only positive emotions from every meeting. I was placed in a wonderful room as soon as I arrived - there was no need to wait until 14.00. Many thanks to the girl at the reception. I came to treat my problems with my spine and the doctor prescribed me procedures (THANK YOU!!!), which I am delighted with, the staff is very friendly, responsive and they are masters of their craft. The food is varied, everything is very tasty, everyone can find the food they like. Thanks to the maids for cleaning (5th floor), I returned from the procedures, and the room was already clean, linen and towels were constantly changed. It’s very good that smoking areas are arranged separately from the buildings, there is an incentive to quit smoking, at least I smoked half as much as usual, I didn’t have enough time for this “nonsense.” In short, I’m already planning when to come to you next time!Negatives

The Egle water pump room 2 is located 700 meters from the Egle+ building. For older people this is a problem. I consider it necessary to carry water into the body, as has already been done with Egle 1 water.

My ear hurt due to water in the pool on Saturday, March 18th. The pharmacy closed at 13.00. After undergoing the procedures, I did not have time to buy medicine at the sanatorium pharmacy. I approached the doctors’ offices (from 12.30 to 13.00), unfortunately there was no one there. I asked the reception desk near the pool for help. I was advised to go to the nurses' station, which is located on the way to the cafeteria. I came up to the post. At the checkpoint they laughed and said that they did not have such medicines. I bought ear drops from a pharmacy in a supermarket. Today, already at home, I visited the doctor, he prescribed me a large number of medications, including antibiotics. I believe that a sanatorium of such a level as yours should have a permanent 24-hour medical center so that visitors do not run around the floors in search of help. The service within the program is good, but if an unusual situation occurs, it is completely unclear where to turn. I hope that my wishes will be taken into account, because... the whole impression of the holiday after this story is ruined.

The mineral water in the building does not match that in the pump room. A walk to it is both pleasant and useful. The quality of food has noticeably deteriorated compared to the summer of 2017. Apparently the team of cooks has changed. It would be good to think about introducing 5 daily dietary meals with strictly limited portions: less is better, but better quality. All this is of course for those interested.
