An excellent team of physiotherapists who work with patients both individually and in groups. All issues were resolved promptly and professionally. In the dining room, carcinogenic aerosols are demonstratively sprayed right in front of our noses. At the same time, rooms are cleaned every four days. Treatment cannot be obtained even for an additional fee (the answer is the same - it is impossible due to some non-existent law). In general, sanitary standards are violated at every step. The procedure schedules are so inconvenient that you get the impression that you are being kept like a dog on a short leash. It is impossible to change unpleasant (or dangerous to health) procedures; the doctor states that this is supposedly an order from the health insurance fund (which has nothing to do with payment) and if something is not suitable, you MAY not visit. In general, if you want to relax, choose better weekend offers. But if you need treatment, I strongly do not recommend going to Eglė+. This is a waste of time, money and nerves.

Workers do not respond to emails and ignore requests for refunds. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and I vacationed from March 3, 2020 to March 10, 2020. The coronavirus prevented us from ending our stay; because of it, the airline canceled flights and we were forced to interrupt our treatment and vacation. But in the week that we managed, the impression was excellent! We often travel and this vacation was unforgettable! Clean, very tasty, home-cooked food, comfortable and very clean room, forest, lake, everything is wonderful! BUT the most important thing that we liked were the people working there. EVERYONE, from the maids and receptionist to the doctor who worked with us, if not every day, then every other day, that’s for sure. Everyone is very friendly, responsive, everyone smiles, trying to help in any matter!!!!! This, in my opinion, is most important!!!! Thank them very much! Carola Virus showed you very bad management. People were left alone, no information, something different every 5 minutes. 4 would have to vacate within 72 hours. Nobody said how or where to take us. They ruined a lot of the good reputation of Eglis sanatoriums. No manager explained the facts to the people and what was going on and what was coming to us, they also postponed everything and the staff were also overwhelmed. And yet they were very, very nice, you couldn't say that about the managers - they have completely failed - they only think about their dividends. They want to get the people out as quickly as possible and from what we have noticed they will start renovating 100 rooms immediately. A big one - for the managers
