Unfortunately, not all procedures prescribed by the doctor were included in the card; it was necessary to constantly clarify. The extractor hood in the toilet room did not work very well. The robe ended up with a hole in the pocket, I almost lost the key. And from observations, the massage therapist (office no. 225) should not behave this way with vacationers who, having traveled a great distance across the ocean, cannot understand why they cannot sit down next to this office.

This time I encountered the rudeness of the staff for the first time. The administrator in the dining room was rude and publicly accused me of taking food and water from the dining room!!! I am an unhealthy person, I have a strict diet and eat very little. I know that you can’t take anything out of the dining room, I’ve been coming for the 7th year in a row, but after looking at other people who were putting a lot of food in bags, not hiding and being embarrassed, I took 2 fruits and poured regular water into a small bottle, the administrator (name) stopped me I don’t remember, an elderly, bright woman with short hair, bright makeup, large figures) and began to shame me in front of everyone, allegedly someone told her. It was extremely unpleasant and offensive, I cried all day and lost all appetite. It’s especially strange regarding water, the most common one, because it’s available everywhere, but for some reason, apparently, as a gold client, I’m not allowed to pour it. It's a pity!

The treatment program is drawn up somewhat formally, in one day there may be several massages, or immediately after the massage - a vertical bath, or 5 days in a row of pearl baths, and then in a row - mud. This is the 4th time and I felt the difference for the worse. If I was late for procedure for 10 minutes. The procedure is not released, although the physio equipment is free, and it is not possible to have time, because after the pool, 10 minutes to take a shower, dry your hair and change clothes is not enough. Lemon drainage is only 20 minutes, massage is only 15 minutes. Minimum should be 30. There should be an opportunity to choose, albeit at a higher price, but a full-fledged procedure. I would like to make the most of my stay for recovery. There has become too much organization and standards, the attitude towards the person is losing, unfortunately. I don’t know if I would want to take such a course again , too formal approach. But the staff is wonderful, qualified, something is not right in the management. By the way, from conversations I realized that if people had been there before, they also noticed a drop in the level, unfortunately.

We loved every aspect of our stay at the hotel "Egle Comfort". It´s well located, service in top and the food is excellent.. The Doctors and the all staff were professional, helpful and frendly. The treatments were first class and facilities were great. Simply wonderful in every way! I highly recommend it and looking forward to coming back.

There are two wishes: - instead of hammocks, install a safer means of relaxation near the entrance to the sanatorium to prevent falls and injuries; - during the cold season, turn on the heating in the corridor opposite the treatment rooms so as not to get too cold after a bath, massage, etc.

I was at the Egle Comfort sanatorium from September 8th to 21st, 2019. The most enthusiastic impressions! Liked everything! We met you at the airport! The procedures began on the same day after the doctor’s appointment, and continued exactly as prescribed, seven days a week. The staff is attentive and friendly! The buffet is very rich. There was always a choice of dietary dishes. Everything is delicious and appetizing! The sanatorium is very modern. Everything is very well built, beautiful, spacious, stylish, comfortable. You can feel the care and attention to the guests in everything. And what pine trees are around!!! What air!!! The crowd is pleasant and sociable. This is not the first time for most of us. I would like to say to everyone who treated and took care of me, thank you very much!!! And a special THANK YOU to the staff of Sanatoriums.com for their efficient work!!!

Washing that was promised. it didn’t work out due to the lack of powder, we lost about 6 euros, the sanatorium could not help in any way, explaining that they were contracting the company and WE had to deal with them. 3. Evening entertainment could be every evening, rather than 2-3 times a week.

I liked everything. Applications were very punctual, everyone was so friendly. Food tasted very good, very large selection. Rooms are clean. I was picked up from the airport on time. Only got back with a transfer (booking was a bit of a problem). But then everything worked out Driver was very nice and helped carry suitcases. But overall I liked everything. I am delighted with the trip to this sanatorium, as well as with the effect obtained during the 2 weeks of my stay. Everything here is thought out to the smallest detail: light music in the corridors and treatment rooms, a kettle and a minimum set of dishes in each room, water with lemon after water treatments, etc. and so on.Negatives
.Perhaps it would be possible to add activities for youth to attract the younger generation. If the cafe next to the winter garden held daily live music performances, it would be great.

A busy schedule of procedures, you can even get tired of having to rush from one procedure to another. What’s not very convenient is that, for example, if you have 5 massage procedures, you end up with a new massage therapist each time.
