The feeling that the sanatorium has a conveyor system set up: you come in, listen for 3 minutes, the procedures are distributed and get out of here. The doctor answered all questions about diagnosis and treatment: “Go to your family doctor or get examined at home. We have preventive health improvement in a sanatorium, not diagnosis and treatment.” This is of course very strange, because it was precisely for diagnosis and treatment that we were going, since we work a lot at home and don’t have time to go to the doctors! I almost had to beg the doctor for paid tests and ultrasounds. - ultrasound. We couldn’t get an appointment for him for 2 days! Either the uzist had no free time, or the uzist himself didn’t exist, or there was no schedule at all that we needed to be included in. As a result, the ultrasound passed at 5!! day of stay at the sanatorium. -specialists. It was necessary to see doctors such as a gynecologist, endocrinologist and dermatologist. There was no dermatologist at all. And the gynecologist and endocrinologist were on sick leave!! And there was no replacement or alternative! That's it! We came for diagnostics and treatment... But there were no doctors! Although everything is very beautifully written on the sanatorium’s website that they say come, we have a wide range of examinations, doctors and blah blah.. - procedures. God forbid you arrive not 5-10 minutes before the time on the card! They will scold you like a schoolboy! The attitude is indifferent. A blunder - that's dirt for you. Underwater massage - the effect in a jacuzzi is even better..(You don’t have one massage therapist assigned to you, you get a different one every time. Of the three massage therapists, only one did a really good massage. The other two stroked and told me what tight muscles I had and how I needed them urgently develop.. - a second visit to the doctor was also scheduled for the end of the week! Those test results were deciphered for us at the end of our stay. Where is the logic?! It’s not clear what and how we treated before. We decided to leave a day earlier, I told the doctor about it, so she forgot about my tests and rushed to quickly cancel the procedures 🙈 No matter what, God forbid, I didn’t go to the extra one) - The result of our trip: we walked through the forest, breathed some air, slept, took a certain number of procedures and went home, still nothing having received answers to the health questions we came with. We visited this sanatorium about 10 years ago, the attitude was completely different, although the food was poor and the rooms were not very good. Now everything has changed.. The rooms are good, but it is useless to wait for treatment in this place.. Everything is put on stream, no one cares what diagnoses and questions you came with..

The opportunity to visit the pool in the morning from 0700 to 0900 is included in the number of procedures, which in general is not very fair, since in fact it is not a full-fledged procedure.

Good treatment, a wide range of procedures, dietary food and, like nowhere else, a lot of jellied meats and gelatin desserts. This, together with baths and massages, should improve the functioning of the joints. Very tasty dairy products. However, almost only pork and chicken. Twice in 12 days there was beef in sauce. Perhaps this is a national taste. Just a great pool and saunas! The kinesiotherapy and physiotherapy rooms are well equipped. The maids and waiters are polite. Doctors respond to requests - you can come more than once with questions. The baths and massages are excellent.Negatives
At the reception and in physiotherapy rooms they give preference to Lithuanian citizens - they simply openly stop talking to you if a Lithuanian approaches. They discuss you openly when they see that you are from Russia. It's not worthy. We pay the money and behave politely. There are very few people in the sanatorium, this may scare away Russians.

I didn’t manage to undergo some examination, I think because it was during the New Year holidays and only 7 days. It took a long time to get ready:) There is no cryosauna, no pressure chamber: (And so - everything is fine.

We didn’t really like the beds, they were too soft - we were used to orthopedic ones. Well, massage is more of a relaxation than a therapeutic one.

Comfortable rooms for vacationers, availability of all necessary amenities in the rooms, frequent change of bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Clean periodic cleaning of rooms. A wonderful set of treatment procedures. If necessary, constant monitoring of the health status of the vacationer by a therapist. A wonderful buffet with a lot of delicious dishes, including Lithuanian cuisine. Excellent swimming pool and sauna complex, convenient location of showers and changing rooms. I like everything about Egle+. This is my 5th time vacationing there. Always delighted. Many people also come there not for the first time. The staff is friendly and responsive. High quality service. On the last day of our stay, the heating in the room did not work, so we had to sleep dressed, which spoiled the impression of the work of the sanatorium service. Also, over the course of 2 weeks, renovations were carried out on the floor in the neighboring rooms; the corridors were littered with furniture, which created the impression of renovation in the building. not a particularly pleasant sight. As for the treatment, I want to note the general tendency of the massage therapists who stroked me, my husband, as well as other vacationers, as it turned out in conversations. I have been treated at many resorts, but have never encountered anything like this. at underwater massage there are young workers who, let’s say, don’t know how to do it (room 204, shift on even days), I’m writing about a young blonde Lithuanian woman who was never taught how to do underwater massage.

The blonde behaved hysterically and inappropriately. How one can yell at an 80-year-old elderly grandmother remains a mystery. 2) on the first day of arrival, they didn’t calculate the rooms and settled on the first floor intended for the disabled: unpleasant. Then they moved in.
