There are several shortcomings in the treatment center and in its organization: the staff is a little distracted and moves away during baths - these are procedures that require the supervision of a nurse; in the bath the patient can become ill and no one even comes in, exiting the baths is absolutely inconvenient, there is no support , a small step and that’s it, you need to control the exit of patients, it’s very easy to stumble and fall, especially since it’s a wet area, it’s not convenient for both old and young people. In the dry carbon dioxide bath - I felt unwell, I had to call the staff very loudly several times, since it lowers the pressure, the nurse needs to monitor the patient, they kept me in it for 5 minutes, while the staff simply talked loudly outside the office. And please also place a clock in the offices so that you can control the time of procedures. Also a wish in the spa area, where there are shared steam rooms. We were with a child, in Russia we have no rules about walking naked, perhaps these were men from Germany, but it was not entirely pleasant to see naked men, not covering up in any way, in the common area between the steam rooms, in the common locker room, shower - please enter, some standards acceptable to everyone, since there are many families and children

The staff takes their responsibilities quite seriously. Thank them very much. Good massage, gas injections and other procedures. Regarding the restaurant, I have never seen such bad service. Cutlery is not on all the tables, you had to ask, if you ask for a children’s chair, they will bring it to you with displeasure, besides, they won’t put it on the table, they will just bring it and put it next to you and that’s it, this is the first time I’ve seen this... except for the administrator, everyone is unsmiling, it seems that what - not happy.

Horrible rooms - there is no soundproofing, you can't breathe in the smoke in the hallway forever, the room smells musty, there are practically no pillows, the accommodation is terrible - the room borders the dining room, bar and public toilet where vacationers and hotel employees smoke (the administration, according to them, knows about this ), the room is located above the entrance to the “hotel” and the reception. From 4:30 a garbage truck arrives and under the windows, with shouts and noise, they knock the contents out of the garbage cans, and at 5:30 a rumble begins in the toilet and dining room - they move tables and slam doors and they shout among themselves, we hear everyone who enters the hotel and every call in the lobby. In response to requests to move, the administration referred to the lack of rooms, but for other tourists arriving later than us, normal rooms were available. The hostess responded to our demands only after we rented out the room and began to move to another normal hotel. After talking with her, we still moved to another hotel - thank God, without the help of your company - I wrote to you about this conflict while I was still at the “hotel” - but you didn’t respond. Although before arrival they called me and promised good accommodation. I would recommend to everyone NOT to use your services.
