We lived in one of the most expensive rooms, but in fact it turned out to be not very comfortable. Namely: there is no towel dryer in the bathroom and nowhere to dry swimsuits after the pool; in general, taking a shower is not very convenient because it is cold, since there is no door and after that the entire floor in the bathroom is in water. But the biggest disappointment was that there was no festive New Year's celebration. We have been to Karlovy Vary for the fourth time and this is the first hotel where the New Year is not celebrated. Dinner is from 18 - 20 and the lounge bar closes at 22, although when booking it was emphasized that the price included Christmas and New Year's dinner, which essentially turned out to be an ordinary dinner, although in other hotels it is a Holiday. The food was festive, no complaints about that.

A nice modern and bright hotel. Not a mass operation and therefore great service, very good quality treatments without waiting times. The swimming pool is nice and big and the aqua aerobics are excellent. The Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners also left nothing to be desired. The location is very good for strolling around the beautiful city.Negatives
Room service was often there before you got up and had breakfast and you had to remember to put a sign out so you weren't disturbed so early.

From the very beginning, when we booked the sanatorium and before we arrived, everything was at the highest level. The hotel President himself, super and the staff and food and treatment and his location. We were there for the New Year, honey. the staff worked both 12/31 and 01/01. that we could benefit from treatment these days too. The restaurant has a very large selection of food and everything is always very tasty. In addition to planned treatment, you can purchase additional ones for money, not expensive. The hotel itself is located almost in the city center, which is also very convenient. We went 3 times a day to drink mineral water from the springs.Negatives
Since we were there for the New Year, of course we would like there to be some kind of program for guests for the New Year at the hotel.

The “Lux” room we got unfortunately had an old bathroom with traces of mold in the shower. A 4* hotel is not allowed to have something like that or at least not to sell it under the “Lux” category.

We were surprised that the room was covered with a thick carpet. Takes some getting used to from a hygienic point of view. The very deep bathtub is also noteworthy. You have to be athletic to climb it. There was no shower in the bathroom. The employees in the spa application department were polite at best. Not friendly or even warm. Unfortunately, there was no feel-good atmosphere there.

The hotel is called Prezident and for good reason! In this hotel you will feel like a president. In total I spent 20 days in this hotel. I had the feeling that everything and everyone in this hotel worked only for me. There is no request that the staff cannot fulfill. Everyone always has a smile on their face and everyone is friendly. The food is very good, really tasty, for 20 days there was no desire to eat anywhere else. The hotel is very clean. Moreover, everywhere - from the rooms to the spa and the pool - is perfectly clean. I felt very comfortable. I lived in two categories of rooms: Design and Luxury. I like the design better, this is the best room in the hotel, although for some reason the Suite was more expensive. The room is large and comfortable. The suite turned out to be a good standard hotel room. It’s strange, but the only difference from the Standard room is that the Suite has a jacuzzi, climate control and a view of the street. I like the view of the terrace better. My heart was stolen by the Design room overlooking the terrace. The hotel definitely corresponds to the declared category of 4 stars supreme. The service from sanatoriums.com was also perfect! Transfer to and from the airport was very convenient! The excursions were perfectly organized! Great job ! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. You just need to relax and rest. Everything else will be done for you. Thank you for my vacation. + the treatment helped me and for the first time in 2 years I live without pain. This is a miracle and worth the money.Negatives

We experienced inconvenience due to the lack of parking. There is a small garage with five spaces, where we could not leave the car for the entire period, we had to re-park, exchange euros for crowns to pay at the machine.

A perfect place to relax. We booked a beautiful junior suite and received a little instruction about this room, which was helpful because there was a lot of fancy stuff (or electric curtains, LED lighting, etc.) but everything worked freely once. Cuisine:The food was very good and tasty. The chef knows what he's doing and masters it with brawur. The staff is very friendly and knows how to have fun. Applications are carried out on time in a compressed room. A big compliment to the boss, she is always on the go and it looks like she has everything under control. Just the fact that the boss runs to the torture herself every morning and after a short walk in the hotel motivates every visitor.
