A good modern medical facility, an excellent renovated spa complex (saunas and a swimming pool) are simply wonderful. Hammam, biosauna, Finnish and salt saunas are EXCELLENT. Everything is new and beautiful. The excellent modern design of the hotel rooms and spa area is very pleasing to the eye and creates a feeling of unsurpassed comfort. We especially liked our Junior Suite room. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail in terms of ergonomics and design. Beautiful view from the window.

Procedures are selected not according to efficiency and multiple repetitions for the best result, but according to the price list, so as not to exceed a certain cost. All baths are used without adding Karlovy Vary salt. The most effective procedures are all on an additional paid basis (for example, underwater manual massage). The largest number of procedures at the resort is a kind of myth, because... they include activity procedures (aquagymnastics and NORDIC WALKING), which hotel patients can practice independently in their free time. There is very little fruit in the restaurant and very often when they run out the buffet is not replenished, it seems that there is some kind of limit on them. Freshly squeezed juices are available for a fee only.
Beautiful, non-Soviet design of the hotel, proximity to the springs, pleasant staff, cleanliness, silence, delicious food, saunas, swimming pool - everything for relaxation.

They have some kind of problem with the rooms... some of them “look into the wall”, some have no balconies, somewhere it smells like the kitchen. I booked a Design room, and they put me in a so-called Suite, which looked like a Standard room (judging by the photo on the website). I went to find out and they explained to me that my room was not available, then why was it there when I booked it on the website 10 days before arrival? Then they finally found it, but they only moved me in the next day. BUT! There was a strange smell that made it impossible to stay in the room and after 2 nights I asked to be given another room. Again, there was no design and they returned me to the same “luxury” - standard, explaining that there were no other options. There was no desire to swear, since I came to relax. I left with the full feeling that I had been “dumped”...

Что касается номеров, да – к сожалению, все номера категории Standard и Design выходят на задний тракт отеля и некоторые из них смотрят в стену противоположного здания, как и указано на сайте. Стоимость этих категорий ниже, чем категорий Lux и Junior Suite, которые просторнее, с видом на улицу и климат-контролем. Но многие гости любят номера Standard и Design из-за тишины.

We had a rest for the second time. Everything was very good, we really liked it.
Wonderful modern hotel. All issues with accommodation and treatment are resolved quickly. The atmosphere of calm and comfort in the SPA center is especially pleasing. The standard double room is very cozy, with excellent sound insulation, a small balcony, modern furniture and comfortable orthopedic beds. Absolutely corresponds to the description on the site. WiFi is available in the room without problems. I would especially like to thank the head physician of the center, Mrs. Milada Sarova, for her attentive and sincere attitude, as well as all the staff from the reception to the restaurant for their professional and targeted service. Hope to return next year. Thank you!
We liked the location of the hotel, close to the springs, a little further from the general bustle, and the slight climb was not particularly bothersome. The room is very good, they cleaned it often, cleanly, changed and reported everything that was needed and when needed. The treatment is very good, the attitude of all the staff is wonderful, I liked the massage from Monica and Milushka. The food is varied, for breakfast: porridge, cereal, milk, eggs in various forms, sausages, cheeses, ham, sausages, pastries, vegetables, for lunch: two soups, meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, a variety of side dishes, various snacks for dinner There were also desserts, fruits, etc.

Poor cleaning of the room, toiletries were not added. Food on the buffet during lunch and dinner was not replenished 30 minutes before the end, as a result of which there was very little choice. Vacationers who came during this period rattled empty food containers and were content with what was left. strange for a 4 star level. The robe was never changed in 10 days.
Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful design, excellent, one might say, even gourmet cuisine. We had a great rest - complete relaxation. There are no problems with the language - everyone speaks Russian. Very smart organization of recreation - everything is provided, comfort and convenience.
The hotel is conveniently located in relation to all sources, apparently recently renovated, so everything is clean and bright. I liked the Spa area, with an excellent pool and saunas, special thanks to the maids - they cleaned the rooms very conscientiously and efficiently: towels were changed daily!

A wonderful hotel, we stayed there 5 years ago. Then they were just starting to build a SPA center. Now it is one of the most modern in Karlovy Vary. All the most modern procedures can be done without leaving the hotel. Absolutely professional staff! High level of service.

The location is possible - for older people it will be quite difficult to go down and up the mountain several times a day. The folding beds that the hotel provides for children as an extra bed are not very comfortable.

It seems to me that for this level of hotel it is necessary in the restaurant to organize a system for pre-ordering for lunch and dinner according to the menu prepared by the restaurant chef for the choice of vacationers. This is practiced in many even three-star hotels in KV. The food prepared by the chef is delicious. But almost every day there is a monotonous buffet. And dessert is not always there, mostly ice cream instead of dessert. The service in the restaurant is as impeccable as in the rest of the hotel.

We were very pleased with the hotel! Without exaggeration, the quality of treatment, food, and staff attitude are at a high level. Mineral springs are a two-minute walk from the hotel. We had an uncomfortable situation for us: our room was located directly above the bar, and this is a smoking area. The room began to smell of smoke and they immediately overpowered us. In my opinion, the hotel needs to have a basic treatment profile, it is very clean, ideal for allergy sufferers (but for this it is necessary to prohibit the arrival of cats and dogs, which irritated some guests).

Recommendations - with 3 meals a day at the hotel, the procedure is close to lunchtime, sometimes you have to rush. It is advisable to extend lunch until 14.30 or 15.00. It would also be nice to have electric kettles in the rooms for vacationers.
