We were in the President's office twice with a difference of 3 years. I will say that on my last visit the hotel made a greater impression than then. The renovation they did was simply gorgeous. And the medical department was decorated super stylishly; not everywhere in such small hotels you will find such a comfortable environment. We didn’t regret at all that we returned to “President” again.

We stayed in a superior room with a large bathroom, two beds, a huge TV and other small amenities. The cleaning was naturally very thorough, and since we were essentially only in the room in the evenings and intermittently in the first half of the day, there was no time for dust to even collect. We were very impressed with the range of dishes on offer. In the restaurant, tables are assigned to residents. There is a large selection for breakfast. For lunch there is a decent selection of salads. Drinks are unfortunately paid for. By the way, you can agree on replacing lunch with dinner if you are on half board. The balneocenter is spacious. Some procedures take place not in offices but behind screens. The staff requires strict adherence to the time of arrival for procedures

It’s been a week since we returned from Karlovy Vary, and the emotions have not yet subsided. We really liked everything. Especially the attitude towards guests from the hotel staff. Everyone helped us and gladly suggested where it was better to go, what to see, where to take cheaper excursions, which restaurants served the best food. It is clear that the employees value their customers. Impressed by the hospitality.

We didn’t expect that in the center of Karlovy Vary there were still such hotels for such essentially ridiculous money. The only thing that really irritated me was the construction site opposite. The hotel says that it has been going on for three years now, and they keep saying something all the time.

The same procedures are prescribed for all diseases and they explain that they have a complex effect. “President” is quite suitable for a comfortable stay. If you come to treat only your stomach and drink some water, the hotel is the best fit. Moreover, the staff is diligent and serves competently.
