The room that was originally booked was not provided. If you have a goal to lose weight, then this hotel definitely won’t do it. The delicious buffet offers plenty to eat. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired: superficial. The treatment base is more with a spa focus.

We rested at the President Spa Hotel from April 30 to May 12. Only enthusiastic impressions. Coming to Karlovy Vary not for the first time, we stayed at this hotel for the first time and did not regret it at all. Location, service, attentive staff, cleanliness of the room and, of course, simply excellent cuisine. A wonderful swimming pool where water aerobics classes are held, a complex of saunas for every taste. Electric kettles, cups and tea sets are provided in luxury rooms. It should be noted that the hotel guests are very attentive - we checked in quite late, dinner was already over, dinner was served to us in the room. So, with great pleasure we recommend this wonderful hotel to all vacationers.Negatives
The only tiny negative is the lack of an iron in the hotel.

We vacationed with our parents from April 25 to May 10. Everything is great, thank you very much everyone! Treatment, food, service are all at the highest level. Dr. Irena Sarova is very attentive and ready to answer all your questions. Nurses from rooms 25 and 24, thank you very much for your gas injections! I recommend! The entire hotel staff is very attentive, during our stay we did not see any angry faces, only a smile and a friendlier attitude! I also want to express special gratitude to the SANATORIUMS team, especially Svetlana Fedorovich, all our accommodation wishes and requests were fulfilled. This time the administrator of the spa area has changed, and now it has become increasingly difficult to sign up for treatments. The girl creates chaos, is nervous herself, and treats patients unkindly. It seems to me that to work with people you need to hire a more stress-resistant employee)))

At first we were put in a very bad room 301. Our numerous requests to be moved to another room were answered only after 5 days. It was said that you would need to pay an additional 35 euros per day. We agreed. When it came to paying when checking out, we were suddenly told that 35 euros per day had to be paid per person. The room was for two, which means 70 euros per night. For the first time in 30 years of traveling, we found ourselves paying not for a room, but for each person.

Now about the hotel. Real professionals work in the reservation department. Personal thanks to Nicole. The hotel is located next to the springs. Very clean, modern hotel, rooms are well cleaned. Many thanks to everyone who works in the restaurant, I am a vegetarian, they treated me like a small child, cooked soups separately. The food selection is varied, everything is fresh and tasty. If there are any wishes, they always listen and try to do everything right away so that the guests would like everything. Excellent spa area, wonderful saunas, swimming pool. And as I already wrote, extraordinary purity. The treatment is more reminiscent of spa procedures. All are true professionals and, most importantly, very friendly. There are two wonderful doctors, Mirada and Irena, whom you can contact at any time if you have any questions, they always solve all problems. When entering the hotel you are always greeted with a smile and greeting. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Thank you all so much for a wonderful holiday. We stayed at the Hotel Prezident from April 6th to April 14th, 2019. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very new. Corresponding to a wellness hotel. The applications were very good. All with modern devices. Sauna and swimming pool corresponds to a German wellness hotel. Not that big though. But this is not negative. The food is light, adapted to the treatment. Was very pleasant. We had a complex healing treatment with full board and a Lux double room with a balcony facing the street. Garage is about 300m up the mountain. Also recommended. We will be back.
