There is everything you need: a good hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, all the necessary hygiene items. Even a nail file, a hair stick and a hair elastic. After cleaning, a small chocolate was left on the bed. The procedures are all necessary. I really liked the quality of the massage. Especially performed by Libor. Very professional and efficient. The gas bath was not very impressive. They pour something into the water and you lie in it. They did gas injections well. It doesn't hurt. All the girls are very friendly. I liked the food. Quite a large selection of dishes. I really love fish dishes. And every day I chose something new. In 10 days there was no repeat in the selection. Loved the little muffins for breakfast. It’s very good that there was always free tea for lunch and dinner (this is not practiced in all hotels). There were always fruits for lunch and dinner. These are tangerines, bananas, plums, apples, grapes, kiwi. In general, a standard set. In general, I am satisfied with the food, even satisfied. On March 8, each woman was given a tulip. It was nice. It's little things like this that make the impression of a hotel. The hotel has a beauty salon. Which is also very convenient. You can undergo various procedures without going outside (that is, even in a robe). And it's not just masks and massages. More global procedures are also presented. I was satisfied. Nice staff at the reception. Everyone advises and helps. One girl is a former Russian. She even helped with choosing a hairdresser. If necessary, she can help with excursions. The weak link is housekeeping. As one of the clients wrote - formally. Sometimes they just took out the trash and that was it. Somehow they didn’t take out the trash. The bed was not always made. Small debris remained on the carpet - they did not vacuum it. In general, the hotel management needs to do something about this issue. Many people complained about this point.

The hotel is neat, miniature, very nice. The location is great. The staff are all friendly, helpful and smiling. The hotel provided a room of a category higher than what was ordered (many thanks to the hotel). The room has everything you need (hair dryer, good detergents, travel sewing kit), various small things (comb, nail care products, shower cap, even a hair tie), refrigerator, safe. Room cleaning is very formal, bed linen was changed every three days, towels and robe were changed upon every request. The food is good, a pleasant evening of Czech cuisine on Fridays with live music, fish dinner on Tuesdays. The menu has not been repeated in 12 days, the side dish consists of eight items. For the service in the restaurant, many thanks to Mrs. Marcela (the name may not have been written quite correctly, sorry) for her professionalism. The procedures were prescribed well (there are few names, the number of each is at least 5, or even 8), the tests were taken, and the results were given out. I can’t say anything about Dr. Igor Kochubey, I’ll only note the purpose of the source, which was closed. The procedures were carried out exactly on schedule, with a completion time of approximately 13 hours. Of the specialists who performed the procedures, many thanks to Mrs. Slavka for her professionalism and conscientiousness. Nice pool, steam room and sauna, there were always towels by the pool. The negative was in the restaurant with food. There were not always fruits, salads were always only vegetable. Vacationers were indignant and said that the food was not for a 4-star hotel. I would like people to pay attention to the food. Maybe the food is better in the summer season than in the winter. But there were vacationers not for the first time in this hotel and they said that the food had become worse. The most negative thing about cleaning the rooms. They don’t vacuum at all, there is dust and debris on the carpet, it’s unpleasant... They said, made a remark, then they cleaned it up as expected.

Relax at the Agua Marina spa hotel from 02/13/17. I booked a trip, a round trip transfer on the website sanatoriums.com, everything was done clearly and on time. I really liked the hotel: small, cozy, homely atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Treatment: a professional doctor prescribed all the procedures I needed (gas injections, gas bag, massage of the back and collar area, mud packs, endovac). The procedures were performed evenly in time, without queues, on Saturday and Sunday, if desired. Gas injections are given only on weekdays. I would especially like to highlight the massage therapist Libor, who does a very high-quality and professional massage. Food: above all praise, a very large assortment of dishes for lunch and dinner, also excellent breakfasts. There is always a carafe of water on the table, tea is free for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Tuesdays for dinner there is a buffet of fish dishes and on Fridays there is a buffet of Czech dishes. I would especially like to note that the vegetable salads were not dressed, but there was sauce and olive oil separately, and everyone could dress the salad to their own taste - I really liked it. Room cleaning is good, no complaints. The pool is free all day - small, but for the number of people staying in this hotel it is normal to swim in the main one. The hotel's excellent location in the very center of the resort is a 5-minute walk to any of the sources. The holiday experience is only the best. I liked everything. I express my gratitude to all the hotel staff for the comfort and care shown to me. I recommend the hotel for relaxation. The treatment base is not very large, but all the procedures I needed were there. So far, there are only mineral baths here.Negatives

I stayed at the hotel from 02/17/2017 to 03/01/2017. Small, cozy, homely hotel. It is very good and a big plus for the hotel that procedures can be performed on both Saturday and Sunday. A small pool and 2 types of baths are open all day, no need to wait for the sauna and hammam to be turned on. The food on the menu was simply excellent, very tasty and varied. On Tuesdays there was a fish dinner, several types of fish, and there were also oysters and even frogs!!! Well, what more could you ask for!!! And the Sanatorium, as always, is on top!!!! And they booked, and met, and saw us off, and reminded.... A 5+++ job! Continue to please us and help us be healthy and happy! Thanks a lot! There were some negative aspects upon arrival, but they were smoothed over by a further wonderful time. One small point - there was at least a small gym with exercise equipment missing.

The Aqua Marina Spa Hotel is small, cozy and conveniently located. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great rest and improved our health. The doctor gives the impression of being a knowledgeable specialist and a caring person. Always ready to answer questions and help. In general, all the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The food was dietary, but varied; there was always a lot of greens, vegetables and fruits. Special thanks to the cook, who was able to make healthy food tasty.

Excellent service and treatment! We were in Aquamarine three years ago, we liked everything, but now it’s even better. The treatment rooms were remodeled and new baths were purchased. It’s very nice that everything is included here, not only treatment, but also a sauna, hammam, swimming pool, drinks (tea, coffee) not only for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner. On Fridays we were entertained by culinary theme nights at the restaurant with live music. The doctor and medical staff are very attentive and friendly, and speak Russian well. Separately, I would like to praise the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the interior details, each item is of great value, everything from the lamp to the chair is beautiful and has the right to be in a museum as an exhibit!

The sanatorium is very well located in relation to the springs. Stunning view from the window of the drinking gallery. The natural noise of Warmth, like the rustle of rain, has an unusually beneficial effect. The furniture and doors look very expensive and cozy, this is the kind of interior that is most preferable for me. It really emphasizes the given marine theme of the hotel - marine symbols in all rooms, starting from the entrance. The hotel pool is super, cozy, warm, you can always find time to swim when it’s not crowded. The hotel is small, not overloaded, almost homely. Many people return to vacation there for several years in a row. I haven't met any dissatisfied people. I found my hotel and I thank Sanatoriums and specifically Vladislav Burya for this. I would really like to return next year to Aqua Marina. The price I paid, compared to the price on the hotel's website, was very favorable for me and I expect to receive a discount in the future when booking a hotel through Sanatoriums. We arrived in Aqua Marina at the end of April and stayed there for 2 weeks. The impressions from your stay are only the best. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the Colonnade. The rooms are cleaned every day, clean, the bathroom has a full set of shower and wash products. Cozy restaurant with a varied menu. In the morning - buffet, for lunch and dinner - you chose from the menu what you wanted. All dishes are very tasty. Several times there were “Czech evenings” for dinner - Czech cuisine, Becherovka treats, live music. The procedures take place in the SPA sanatorium. The SPA staff is very qualified, polite and friendly. The quality of the procedures is beyond praise. A wonderful doctor Igor works at Aqua Marina. Very attentive. If you have any health problems or questions, he will always listen and help. We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Marina. All hotel staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Basically I can only mention positive points. We were greeted very warmly, quickly settled in, and had an appointment with the doctor that same day. The procedures began the next day, on average we had 2 procedures before lunch. Taking into account the fact that we went to the springs to drink water three times, I think the treatment program was very intense, plus additional procedures were taken. The balneocenter in Aquamarine is small, but there are not many guests, so there were no queues at all and we went through the procedure calmly.
