The location of the hotel is excellent, opposite the Mill Colonnade. Friendly administrators, I especially want to mention Anastasia, Sofia and Daniil. The room is an ordinary standard with windows facing the courtyard - in a classic style, quite spacious, cozy, you can adjust the radiators. There are bathrobes and slippers. The medical staff is pleasant, professional, and speaks enough Russian for the patient and nurse to communicate. The doctor is Russian speaking. There are a variety of procedures, I really like gas injections and the head nurse Alena does them very well. The pool is freely available throughout the day until 20:00, the water is slightly cool, the size of the pool is quite sufficient for a small spa hotel. The hotel is clean, the maids try their best. Breakfast is generally good, there is porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, and cold cuts. Fruits are only sliced. But there is a very small selection of baked goods (two types of puff pastries and the same ones every day), I wanted variety. Thank you very much to the organizers for the free transfer from and to the airport, everything went smoothly and quickly, and we also thank you for the free excursion to Prague. Very inconvenient electronic key system on the door to the room, cards were changed almost daily. Very weak hairdryer in the room. The food is average, breakfast is better, dinner is worse, in terms of variety of dishes. The dishes themselves are prepared deliciously, but the selection is modest. No fruit for dinner. No freely available baked goods for dinner, only tiny pieces of cake or pie in portions and only one type for everyone, no choice. Saunas are open only from 16:00, it would be more convenient from 14:00 and it would be nice to have a shelf and a hook for a swimsuit in the shower, it is very inconvenient to change clothes there. The maids are cheerful and good-natured, but sometimes they enter the room too quickly, without waiting for permission, and thereby put you in an awkward position. Despite some shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the overall friendly atmosphere. The hotel is in the heart of Karlovy Vary, "small but very, very nice". This term fits the Hotel Agua Marina 100%, very nice staff, beautiful location, very nicely furnished, all rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, we really enjoyed the food, the spa area was just perfect, everything was just right, all treatments were carried out with attention by the staff. We have just returned from the Aqua Marina Hotel and want to share our impressions. The location is excellent, the colonnades are within walking distance on flat terrain, very convenient for walking and drinking water. The food is of high quality, throughout our stay there was a varied menu, very well prepared and quite large portions. The administration and all the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. We did not find any disadvantages, only positive impressions and great gratitude. We will definitely return to this hotel. The hotel advertises housing and communal services diseases with special diets and vegetarian cuisine, this is long outdated information...
