The hotel is located relatively conveniently, but there is no parking space, the nearest parking costs 25 € per day. The hotel advertises housing and communal services diseases with special diets and vegetarian cuisine, this is long outdated information... The kitchen staff is not able to prepare the appropriate dishes even after repeated calls. Room and bathroom cleaning leaves much to be desired. Regarding treatment, if you have a confirmed diagnosis of any housing and communal services disease, in this case, during the examination, the doctor prescribes a diet for you, and our cooks will certainly follow it for you. In other cases, our restaurant does not position itself as a restaurant with an a la carte menu; for dinner we provide a choice of main dish from three possible options. Firstly, the most important thing about the sanatorium is its location, directly opposite the colonnade, where the most popular springs of the resort are located. Secondly, the size of the hotel also plays a significant role; its compactness is very convenient, so you don’t have to wander around looking for anything. Thirdly, good staff, incredibly smiling and kind nurses, waiter/maid Elena, hardworking and friendly, as well as administrator Anastasia, very responsive and energetic. The food is modest but tasty. The hotel management is very weak. Room 33 where I was initially placed does not correspond to a Lux room. The walls are dirty, bedding and bath items are in poor condition, there are no hygiene products in the bathroom.
