Отель расположен на уровне с рекой и мин. водами, так что в горку ходить не нужно. Крайне приятный туристический район. На первом этаже отеля кондитерская с ну очень вкусными десертами. Отзывчивый персонал от ресепшена до уборщиц. Отель тихий с хорошим отоплением, есть холодильник. Процедуры проводят качественно. Не назначают, то что вы не хотите. Мой муж заболел во время прибывания, так нам помогли сделать так, чтоб мы потеряли минимальное количество процедур. Еда была вкусная, шведский стол. На обед/ужин подавали фрукты и десерты. Официантки очень приветливые, быстро убирали посуду и готовили стол к другим гостямNegatives
В номере мебель старая, но чистая. Подушки очень плоские, нужно скамкивать, чтоб удобно лечь. Две кровати соединены в одну, так что между матрасами дырка. Но мы попросили плед, заложили его туда и было очень даже удобно. В номере 205 вид был на маленькую парковку, иногда был небольшой шум от разгрузки поставок в отель. Еда была вкусная, но не сильно разнообразная. По факту готовят одно и тоже с редкими изменениями. Напитки включены только на завтрак. На обед и ужин бесплатно подают графин с водой с лимоном и мятой, а другие напитки за деньги. Мебель па ресторане старая, местами с пятнами. Процедуры и ресторан находятся в отеле Атлантик в 2х минутах ходьбы. Но цена/качество соблюдены более чем. Даже с этими минусами мы были довольны на 100%

First of all . You did not write in your page that the rooms are in a different place from the reception. As will as the spa .. so . And the restaurant....you should clarify that from the beginning. Saff are unfriendly. Courses of spa sessions are so poor , they treat you as they are forced to . So frankly speaking I will not repeat this experience with you and I will advice any one not to book on EH ELEPHANT .. was last time in GRAND HOTEL AMBASSADOR. IT WAS FANTASTIC EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND I RECOMMEND IT....

Our hotel room was almost never cleaned; if the sleeping area was even vacuumed, the bathroom and toilet room were never cleaned, only towels were changed. Uncomfortable pillows and furniture could already be updated. We are positive people and always try to find solutions in everything good.

We stayed at the Elefant Hotel & Spa in November 2023. We really liked the hotel. The room was warm and clean. Large selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The service staff is 10 out of 10. The number itself can be considered negative. The chair had a broken leg, tied with a cord. When taking a shower, water overflowed and formed puddles on the floor. The soap dispenser in the shower hung on my word of honor, that is, on one screw. Compared to the quality of service, it was very noticeable.

The restaurant floor was not cleaned regularly. The sofa seats showed signs of wear, they are not cleaned, they look dirty, which spoils the overall impression of an otherwise almost perfect spa stay. In the Spa on the 1st floor, there was not enough fresh air supply during our stay, the guests swallowed until they coughed. In room 206 of the Hotel Elefant, a chair broken with an attempt to fix it with plastic cable ties. Despite these negatives, we were satisfied.

We are very pleased that we chose to stay at the Elefant Hotel. The room was beautiful: new white furniture, a very comfortable bed (boxspringbett), there was also a kettle, two types of tea, coffee and sugar, all replenished every day on the day of arrival We were pleased with mini chocolates on the bedside tables. The windows faced the courtyard, it was very quiet. The doctor is attentive and qualified. We received all the procedures we wanted. The staff is very friendly and polite, no negativity. The food was also very good, excellent breakfasts, for lunch and dinner there is always poultry, fish and pork or beef, three types of side dishes. Salads and snacks are varied , no mayonnaise, there was also always dessert, fruits and berries. For lunch and dinner, we received a carafe of water with mint and lemon (Voll Pension) for drinks. There was no need to buy anything else, but if you want to drink tea, coffee or alcohol, everything is available for an additional fee. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the Elefant and Atlantik hotels for a wonderful holiday.

There was no shampoo in the shower in the room; the water in the shower did not flow well. Despite promises to fix it, it was never fixed. The smell of stench was in the corridor. There is a parking lot outside the window, which made it difficult to sleep in the morning and took a long time to warm up the engine, which negatively affects the air in the resort area. The canteen breakfast is more or less and the dinner is disgusting.

It was a great spa stay (13 days). A super nice hotel and relaxing treatments. Everything was clean, well maintained. A great price-performance ratio. I think we treat ourselves to that every year now. The food was buffet style (breakfast; lunch and dinner). The food was rich and very tasty. We were very satisfied. We can recommend this hotel. We are full of positive energy!

There are no sockets in the room to charge the phone; those that exist are located very low, one behind the closet next to the entrance door to the room, and two below near the bedside tables. All sockets are located 7-10 centimeters from the floor. You have to crawl through the number to connect. This is the first time I have encountered such an inconvenient arrangement.

Inexperienced staff in the restaurant. Our stay included half board and drinks, which was written on our hotel card. However, the shift supervisor from Ukraine brought us a drink and wrote the bill to our number. When there was a check-out, I tried to explain to the receptionist that the head of the Ukrainian shift mistakenly billed us for a drink, but, nevertheless, I had to pay for it. We also appreciated the level of service in the restaurant when there was a Czech team. The staff greeted us, provided drinks for free, cleaned the dirty dishes from our table on time. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian shift could not cope with these duties.

There are no parking options for guests of the hotel and no reserved parking spaces either. We were recommended to park our car in the parking garage and then take the cable car down again, as it is very steep and tiring to walk, unfortunately we had to finance everything ourselves (1 night = 19.-€ + 1.00.-€ cable car per person and one ride) Reception was approx. 150 m away from the hotel where the restaurant on the 5th floor for breakfast and dinner is also located. Dinner was very, very manageable.

Very dirty. There is absolutely no sound insulation. Very often there was a shortage of food and we had to wait. Drinks at Vollpension are only available for breakfast. Reception of procedures and meals at the hotel which is located 300 meters away.

A creaky elevator in the Atlantic City hotel where the treatment took place. Drinks are not included in dinner. Terribly narrow and uncomfortable beds at the Elephant Hotel. The size of the bed is designed for a child, maximum a teenager, but not for an adult. Uncomfortable pillows. We came to rest, and ended up not even getting enough sleep. There was a lot of dust behind the bedside tables and furniture in the rooms. Top cleaning.

My husband and I and our friends stayed together at the Elefant sanatorium for 18 days, we arrived only today. During the rest and treatment, we were very pleased with the procedures and everything else. I especially want to mention nurse Alice and thank her for her good-natured attitude and understanding of the patients. Other employees, Vivian_the masseuse, the doctor (I don’t remember his name), etc. also responsibly fulfilled their duties. We would like to go to this SPA Hotel Elefant next time. And I recommend it to others....

Loved it, great staff. Special thanks to Alicia, SPA nurse, massage therapists. I caught a cold and didn’t come to dinner, the attentive restaurant staff immediately noticed my absence, they themselves offered my husband to take food to his room, and put together a package with wishes for recovery.
