In the middle of the second week, food began to seem monotonous. Although this may be a common property of hotels of this level. Not all nurses have a name badge on their uniform, so I don’t know the name of the sister who gives gas injections. I don't think she was always thorough in her work.

We ate in Yesenius, the food was monotonous (although no one was left hungry), reminiscent of Soviet times, when there was not much choice. The staff were not particularly friendly, they did not make sure that the food trays were empty and did not fill them in a timely manner. If they said that there was no food, they answered, “It just happened,” what was surprising was that half an hour after the start of lunch there were no plates or cutlery. The staff only had time to run and collect dirty dishes in order to wash them. The room is small and not designed for so many people. Baked goods were often put out from prefabricated leftovers (a little bit of everything), once they brought out plums on a small plate and there were enough for several people..... ???? The food was always barely warm, the butter in the porridge did not melt. Once for lunch, the potatoes were absolutely cold (half an hour after the start of lunch), when the staff was told there was no reaction (she walked past pretending not to hear). I had to contact the food manager - he listened, apologized and explained that the heating stove was broken. But the staff could have said this, and not pretended not to hear. The manager promised to talk to the staff and the next day, lo and behold,!!! There was enough food for everyone, all the food trays were full and the food was not cold. Many people complained and said that management was coming from Prague regarding complaints (apparently that’s why they urgently corrected and improved everything). I vacationed in Yesenius last year, this didn’t happen this year, I hope next time there will be positive changes.

Five minutes before the first source, for which there was an appointment in the morning - there were no problems with not being late for the procedures at the Jessenius Hotel. The closest location is from the base hotel Jessenius, closer than the Mozart and Esplanade hotels. Excellent condition of the interior decoration of the rooms and beautiful interiors of the corridors with stained glass windows. The control of access to the hotel from unauthorized persons is well thought out. Only hotel residents can open the front door with their key. They could afford to sleep at night with the window into the yard slightly open, fresh air came in from the forest on the mountain and the birds sang.Negatives
Construction noise (renovation of the theater and road surface) in front of the hotel facade. But in our room the windows faced the courtyard and therefore this noise practically did not bother us. There is a large flow of tour groups in front of the hotel during the daytime, it can be difficult to get through quickly. Several days the procedures were scheduled too early (in my opinion) (at 7-00), it was difficult to combine with the drinking course and breakfast.

I have complaints against the hotel regarding the organization of treatment, because... They don’t have their own medical facilities, they send them to Yesenius. I was there from 25.03. until 07/01/2018 I hoped that I would rest for a week, but I didn’t count on such a crowd of people for treatment. How could it be possible from 3 hotels or more to be sent for treatment to a neighboring one? As a result, the dispatcher cannot distribute the procedures that the doctor prescribes. In addition, she herself is very unrestrained; with her behavior she discredits both Elephant and Yesenius, who is associated with him. I was left with a very bad impression of the organization of treatment. Without having a medical base, why would you want such a vacation? Many people are indignant, wasting their nerves and time on receiving procedures! This is not 3 stars, when compared with other hotels it is worth 1-2 stars. I won’t come to you again and I don’t recommend it to others. You need to choose a sanatorium with its own medical facilities!

I would especially like to note the work of the medical staff. Everyone is very attentive and professional. “Excellent” can only be shown by FGDS. The meals are organized in such a way that you can choose dishes taking into account gastrointestinal diseases. I would like it to indicate what kind of dish it is (beef or pork, chicken, rabbit, what kind of fish), as well as the method of preparation (baked, boiled, fried, etc.). This is no small thing for me.

The building itself has a history, as evidenced by every part of it. The quality of treatment is normal. You must always be positive, and then you will like everything. Very nice staff at BALNEO, all the girls are very affectionate, smiling, especially Cecilia and you want to go for water treatments. The staff at PARAFANGO is also good. I would especially like to mention the head nurse, Ivanna, who writes out the list of appointments for procedures. a beautiful woman and a professional in her field. He can change or reschedule procedures without any problems. I'm happy with everything in the dining room. Diet food. Lots of vegetables, meat, fruits. Food at the level of a 3* hotel. I paid 3 times. The only thing that was a little confusing (lunch from 12 to 14) on the day of my arrival at 13-00 I was told that lunch was not provided on the day of arrival. And they offered to pay 10€. I paid so as not to have to look for a cafe. No one was left hungry. Reception work is generally good. They will explain everything, they will tell you. The pureed soups are unusual, but very pleasant to the taste. I was pleased with the borscht. For diet food, beef broth every day. There are also choices for diets. food and usual. Everyone is nervous, doesn’t smile, and the doctor even got rude and kicked out the group of people who had arrived! Complete shock! It’s not easy to even get what you’re supposed to pay for... Shame! It’s so easy to fix and improve... Change management! 2. The mattresses smell like urine....!!!??? Even after changing rooms (the second one was much better), the smells were still present...!!!??? 3. The food is very monotonous (everything was the same for 2 weeks)!
