We rested in the second half of September 2019. 1. Lived in Elephanta. located in the very center, opposite the theater. The hotel has been renovated, clean and well maintained. We lived in room 406, spacious, without a balcony. They cleaned up well. The kitchen and medical facilities in the sanatorium are located across the hotel; this did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was quiet and there were no foreign odors. 2. Friendly staff of the medical department. Thank you, Ivana, for consultations and organization of treatment procedures. Massage therapist in office 201 for a good massage. The entire medical department provides good and high-quality services. Everyone is friendly, you feel quite comfortable.Negatives
I didn’t like the work of the canteen:((I’ll express my opinion, it’s my personal one and I don’t impose it on anyone. 1. In the middle of breakfast/lunch/dinner there was nothing to eat. They asked to boil more eggs for breakfast so that there would be enough for everyone - they didn’t hear us :( (( 1. Quality of food: no need to add gourmet dishes to the menu, cook the same thing, just COOK TASTY!!! I mean sticky, undercooked rice without a drop of oil, buckwheat overcooked into trash, which the waiter Irena diluted right in the hall with boiled water from the kettle. I’m not the only one who can tell about her boorish attitude towards vacationers. Other waiters came up and apologized for her behavior. Rotten tomatoes in the salad, when something they didn’t eat in the evening is mixed with fresh cuts - the smell of sourness can be heard immediately!!!
