There were moments, but they were resolved immediately. Request: hot meat dishes must be labeled and separate dishes and cutlery placed for each type of meat dish, separately for beef and separately for pork. We spent a wonderful spa week at the Hotel Elefant. The hotel room is well maintained, clean, but very small. The food at the Hotel Atlantis was very healthy, always fresh vegetables and fruit. The selection of dishes wasn't particularly large, but very tasty! Thank you very much to the staff! The special thing is the spa area with a view of the main street. All spa treatments were particularly good for the body and soul! Thank you for the wonderful time!!!

We were warned in advance that no procedures would be performed on Thursday (planned excursion to Prague). But Alice, who did everything exactly the other way around, did not agree. Missing 6 procedures for two. We are very upset, because we paid for the procedures.🥲

It was a great short stay (6 days). A super nice hotel and relaxing treatments. Everything was clean, well-kept and Karlovy Vary is simply a beautiful city. A great price-performance ratio. I really can't think of anything. Well, it's not cheap in the shops and boutiques in Karlovy Vary. Quality has its price, but you don't have to have everything. As far as the stay and the treatment are concerned, everything was great.

For the first time we came to Karlovy Vary together with my cousin. I really liked it. We stayed for 4 days on 03/08. - 12.03 at the Elephant Hotel. We took half board without treatment. Small cozy quiet hotel. Room 402 had a view of the theater. The neighbors could not be heard. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed with personal thanks to the maid, it’s a pity they didn’t ask for the name. The food was good, we didn't leave hungry. Many thanks to the chefs and staff at the restaurant. We had a good rest. The weather brought its own twist - it rained one day. But this did not affect my mood in any way. We took home the best impression. We will definitely come again. But perhaps to another hotel that allows you to book without bank card details. Karlovy Vary - see you soon!!🙋🏻♀️ Small notes (you don’t have to publish them) living room: at the entrance there is a large wardrobe, it can be removed altogether, there is enough of one in the room, there are bedside tables. As always, the weak link is the wait staff in the restaurant. There are few waitresses, they don’t have time to clean the tables, they are always irritated. The impression is that we are uninvited guests and would rather leave. The attitude of hosts towards guests in light of the difficult situation with the coronavirus. Disgraceful. Communication with China was already closed, and Chinese groups were being fed in the restaurant downstairs, there were already cases of infection in Germany, the border was partially closed, and more than half of the hotel was German.

Sometimes, by the end of dinner there was practically nothing to eat (if you arrive at 19-00). Dinner until 19-30. The furniture in the corridors and lobby of the Jessenius Hotel, where the treatment took place, was very “tired”. Collapsed sofas and couches. A little sad. But Karlovy Vary is beautiful!

About the food. The food was absolutely tasteless and monotonous. It’s not clear what kind of soups they are. Before that I was in two other boarding houses. I remembered them every day. We rested from December 1 to 12 at the Elephant Hotel. The hotel is good. Separate entrance, quiet, cozy. There is a wonderful coffee shop on the ground floor. The desserts are amazingly delicious. Treatment and food were provided at the Yesenia Hotel. 50 meters.... The reason is to take an extra walk. It was our first time, so we couldn’t decide on treatment right away. We tried a little bit of everything. I recommend gas injections. A very useful procedure. The treatment staff is friendly and very sociable.
