To be objective, you should notice that the nutrition has gotten worse, meaning cooking. There’s enough of everything, you’re full from the belly, but knowing how it was before. There may be some temporary problems.

Excellent location of the sanatorium: a minute’s walk to the garden colonnade and spring; a quiet, beautiful street along which you can walk up towards the Orthodox church and further towards the modern city center, or down towards the promenade, colonnades with springs and the tourist center. At the reception - in the rain, issuing umbrellas is a whole problem, on record, they warn you not to lose, apparently very valuable ones. In the pool - they don’t turn on the water flow, the slide - you can’t stand under it for some reason. There was a football championship - the TV in the room was small, the quality of the show was poor, they didn’t allow me to ask to watch it in the bar, they would close it very early and that’s all. I lived in a superior room, the price was appropriate, but there was no difference from the standard one, I didn’t understand what the extra charge was for. At the same time, the hotel was half empty. On the day of departure, the request to stay in the room for 3-4 hours was still ignored, so we had to go to Prague and while away the time before the plane there. Thank you

I received treatment at the ULRIKA sanatorium from February 28 to March 16, 2016 and I will recommend it to everyone. Wonderful homely environment. The work of all the sanatorium workers is 5+. The restaurant is great! Great small pool and 3 saunas. Everything corresponds to what is indicated in the video on the website. Only it cannot convey the friendliness and warmth of the staff!!! The food is varied, a choice of 6 hot dishes (lunch and dinner), juices, water, tea, coffee are included in the price of lunch and dinner, the food is very tasty, especially chicken and carp. The rooms have very old safes, to operate which we had to take special keys from the reception (the code did not work). Considering that the hotel is small, it is difficult to reschedule the procedure in case of an excursion.
