I stayed in the comfort room for 10 days. I really liked the room and the hotel in general. Clean and regularly cleaned, bathrobes and towels changed. Decent furniture, it’s clear that renovations were done not so long ago. The food was good. I went to the procedures with great pleasure.

Of the hotels in which I had to stay in Karlovy Vary (this is the 5th trip in a row), I especially liked Ulrika. Because of the location, staff attitude and treatment.

I liked the double room with a balcony. Spacious, bright, warm. Excellent Russian speaking staff. The food was a little monotonous as far as breakfast was concerned, but it was satisfying. Various procedures. Excellent combination of treatments.Negatives

The hotel is not bad, but it could have been done cheaper. They probably charge money for the location of the hotel; we didn’t notice anything special in terms of food and treatment. The procedures are the same in comparison with other hotels, the food is the same. They have sausages and eggs either in Ulrika or in Bristol.

For four stars I think it's excellent. The treatment is well organized, the choice of procedures, the medical staff works conscientiously. The doctor is not bad, quite competent. The food is all very tasty. There are plenty to choose from. In this regard, there were no complaints of malnutrition.

A comfortable small sanatorium almost in the very center of the city. Wonderful doctor at the resort. The medical staff does the procedures very diligently. There are no queues for procedures, they are carried out on time. You can safely turn a blind eye to minor shortcomings. Everything is compensated by service.
