If you came for treatment, you have the wrong address. Colossal... The doctor is a complete unprofessional. He said - if you think you will be treated better here than in Switzerland, then you are mistaken... I was an hour late for the appointment, and then I saw two people at a time, just to wave it off. I have already visited almost all of Karl’s sanatoriums. Var and I think that this sanatorium offers the worst treatment. The second disappointment is the dining room!!!! I have never experienced such humiliation before. 2 hours are allocated for dinner. Those who didn’t have time are late... Then they simply kick you out in an unpleasant manner... Without even finishing your tea. I'm not used to eating at such a speed. The food is not bad for those who eat meat, but it is not prepared with love. The fish is just like in prison, hard as a shoe, no taste. During the week of my stay I didn’t have a single tasty meal. The waiter boys were helpful. Unfortunately, the excursion to Prague that was included in the package didn't happen for us. According to the booking confirmation, 1 room, 2 people, excursion to Prague. On the day of arrival, I contacted them by email because there was no message about this at reception. Irina kindly told us the location and departure time but didn't tell us that we had to book again. So we weren't on the list and weren't taken.
