I really enjoyed my stay and treatment! First, a detailed initial conversation with the doctor, I found out all my “weak” points, and procedures were prescribed accordingly. The nurses are attentive, humorous, and always in a good mood! The girls in the restaurant are also very nice! Wonderful area with swimming pools, jacuzzi and saunas! All sources are located near the sanatorium, as well as the busy central street. If you wish, you can visit a lot of observation platforms and interesting places, the main thing is that the weather cooperates. The historical part of the city is simply a masterpiece, you can admire every building, not a single one is alike! In short, my husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the resort! The culinary experiences at the hotel were truly delicious and varied. The food gets even better every year. The restaurant staff is always friendly and quick. The medical center is really top and the treatments are good (many thanks to all the staff). Jana at reception is quick and helpful, check-in went smoothly. Our cozy room with kettle and balcony made the time between treatments particularly pleasant. The spa area with the saunas is really nice and big enough even when there are a lot of guests. You can really see the right investments in the renovation of the hotel in 2018. Cozy room, comfortable beds with good mattresses. Spacious shower, large TV, modern furnished interior. Fitness and saunas with swimming pools have excellent opening hours. The guy gives a good massage. The medical staff and restaurant are friendly. At the reception, special thanks to the girl who solved our problem quite quickly and professionally. In the evening, the lights went out in our room and in our neighbors’.
