The location of the hotel is good. You can reach the center or the mineral springs in a few minutes. Many cafes and restaurants invite you to linger. The hotel's facilities are modern. The cleaners act at their own request and the towels are changed daily. Very friendly and helpful staff. The applications were good. They are determined on a personal basis. You can of course make changes later. The 5 heated pools were excellent. The food was very good...especially the breakfast. For us it was pure relaxation and we will come back.Negatives
The organization in the restaurant needs to be worked on. There was often a mess at dinner. The staff sometimes did not agree on the allocation of tables, which led to delays. This is just a small thing that should encourage improvement.

We were very satisfied with our 14-day stay at the Falkensteiner Spa Resort. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the 5 pools. The weather also cooperated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The therapists also knew their craft. You could put together the applications individually for yourself. Our friends and we can highly recommend this hotel as the food was also very tasty. We are already thinking about coming back next year. Thank you very much.Negatives

The spa area with the various pools was a decisive factor in my decision for the hotel. Everything new and harmoniously renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful whether in the hotel/restaurant or in the spa area. The treatments were coordinated with the local doctor according to the problems. We were delighted! The hotel is excellent. Breakfasts and dinners are at the highest level, a large selection of dishes, everything is very tasty and refined. The treatments were high quality, I really liked the spa area. The outdoor pool is the highlight of this resort. We booked a superior room, asked for one with a beautiful view, and the administration took our wishes into account.
