I liked the stay, the rooms were cleaned frequently, without reminders, the bed and towels were changed. The room is large with a spacious bathroom. All appliances in the room functioned without problems. Fast Internet. The kitchen is good, but I would like to add some variety. The medical facilities are small, but the procedures were carried out efficiently.

Wonderful holiday. The hotel has a good, cozy atmosphere. I liked the room, comfortable large bed, TV, internet. All procedures are carried out by specialists. There is no pool, but that's not a problem. The cuisine is delicious, the breakfasts were especially pleasing. I will come again with great pleasure.

Hotel on the main street. The room was overlooking the street, the sound insulation was excellent, the noise from the street did not bother us. The hotel restaurant is good, the food is delicious, full board. Wellness treatments are at a decent level, I liked everything, I recommend it.

If possible, take a luxury room at this hotel. I can’t express my delight in words. Very comfortable, spacious, pleasant location. The treatment is quite high quality, although it certainly wouldn’t hurt to add more procedures. The cuisine is below average, you won't go hungry, but over time it starts to get very boring. Overall the hotel can be rated 4.

Nice hotel in the city center. You can safely take a room with windows facing the main street, the room has good sound insulation, you can’t hear traffic. It's not that far to walk to the springs, about 5-7 minutes. The room is decently furnished, clean, regular cleaning.

We came to Excelsior with our child. I really liked the service staff, they always asked if the child needed anything. We were accommodated in a comfortable room, everything we needed was at hand. The restaurant cooks quite tasty, the child ate with appetite. We were pleased with our vacation.
