Very cozy hotel. We stayed there during the New Year holidays, so the hotel was fabulously decorated. Delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners. Treatment is strictly on time, despite the hotel being 100% occupied. We never sat in lines. It took 15 minutes to walk back and forth through the park to the colonnade along with a watering hole. Very friendly staff, from the Reception to the waitresses. I especially liked Evgenia, a Russian-speaking waitress who carefully monitors the cleanliness of our table and knows how to lighten the mood with her humor! The nurses are all good too. A wonderful city, very beautiful and cozy! The weather was bad, but in spring-summer-autumn it’s just a fairy tale. I would love to come back here!Negatives
On the negative side, I didn’t like the massage performed by the young man, I don’t know the name. I feel like I don't have the proper education. There is something to compare with. And the floors creaked wildly in the room! We walked around and worried about our neighbors. But the building is old, so we have no complaints.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I really like its location in the very center of the resort. Medical staff: they work quickly and efficiently, are friendly and friendly. If possible, they will accept you for the procedure earlier than the scheduled time without any problems. Food: delicious, special from the older cook. The waitresses in the hall are fast and silent. Used dishes were not left on the tables. They speak Russian perfectly. I noticed that they speak German and, of course, Czech, because... communicated with guests in their languages. (Special greetings to Maryana, it seems that all vacationers love her :)) All the hotel furnishings, furniture, equipment are of high quality and good quality. The SPA area has been updated. I was at the Excelsior sanatorium from July 20 to August 8. I was very pleased. Accommodation, treatment, food. Everything is wonderful! I would like to commend the work of the entire hotel staff. Cleaning the rooms, changing linen and towels - all on time and completely unnoticed. Thanks to the maids. The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly, always ready to help with any questions. Thanks to the cook, he cooks deliciously, variedly, with imagination. Neither a vegetarian nor a meat-eater will go hungry! The girls in the restaurant work quickly and carefully. Always friendly. Special thanks to Marek for skillfully planning all procedures. Always willing to meet, if some procedures are not suitable, he provides the opportunity for replacement. And of course the girls performing these procedures. Special thanks to everyone: Sarka, Nikola, jitka, Mirka, Michala. For their patience, attention, professionalism. To the drivers who regularly took us to the pool...
