The room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed as needed, the staff was polite, the hotel is located in the very center, 5-7 minutes to the springs. The hotel building is historical, the places are most picturesque! If possible, we would like to return.Negatives

Moor packs were lukewarm, the water bath was only warm and you were forgotten about dry coal. The bed was too firm, we had back pain all week, and the bathroom was too narrow. We left a day earlier and didn't use the last treatments either - we had promised ourselves more.

The rooms were prepared for our arrival. The night shift receptionists were professional in their service. The waiters in the restaurant were very polite and did their job very well. We also liked the breakfast. The procedures (for example, masseuses) worked professionally.Negatives
The doctor's examination is not professional (for show) you indicated in the advertisement that we did not see the doctor throughout our vacation. We were not greeted kindly; when paying for our accommodation, we had to exchange money because we were not ready to pay in dollars. When issuing the invoice, an error was made which was recalculated for us without pleasure since we asked at what rate you calculated for us. Regarding your offer of 100 Euros per person (in the procedures) (Easter holidays 10.04-23.04) none of the Person and the general manager of the hotel knew and the entire solution to the problem in this regard was placed on us. The general manager does not know how to politely communicate with her guests, and the procedures we chose were rejected by her. After a long discussion, we chose other procedures but not for the 400 Euros promised to us. The dinner was not tasty and cannot be compared with a 4 star hotel. For 4 bags of tea in our room we paid 200 CZK (they are specifically engaged in squeezing money from clients). We booked rooms next to the children, but we got them on different floors. The price and quality do not match and are not worth the money, we were very disappointed with this vacation, you can’t call it a vacation. We can’t understand why you have 10 out of 10 stars on your site? Think about it and check the hotels that you offer to your clients so as not to spoil your reputation. We had a "trial" week at this hotel. We liked that there were few people - it was calm, everyone sat in the restaurant at a great distance, there were no queues for procedures, the staff responded very quickly to all questions and requests. The hotel is on the main street, everything is nearby. Private parking, 10 euros per day. Our procedures are standard; we did not claim anything specific. We didn’t know anything, we were scouting for the first time. I liked the bags of gas and the massages. The doctor, like others write, was somewhat dissatisfied, in 5 minutes she ticked the list of procedures and that’s it. The room was clean, small but cozy. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious and there is enough of everything. We are satisfied with the “Sanatiriums” service, everything was resolved quickly, via WhatsApp, questions were answered both day and evening - which is unusual for a German service😡. We used the pool at Monti. The week went great, we had a rest and went to Prague. It would probably be boring longer; more procedures would have to be taken.Negatives
