The doctor's examination is not professional (for show) you indicated in the advertisement that we did not see the doctor throughout our vacation. We were not greeted kindly; when paying for our accommodation, we had to exchange money because we were not ready to pay in dollars. When issuing the invoice, an error was made which was recalculated for us without pleasure since we asked at what rate you calculated for us. Regarding your offer of 100 Euros per person (in the procedures) (Easter holidays 10.04-23.04) none of the Person and the general manager of the hotel knew and the entire solution to the problem in this regard was placed on us. The general manager does not know how to politely communicate with her guests, and the procedures we chose were rejected by her. After a long discussion, we chose other procedures but not for the 400 Euros promised to us. The dinner was not tasty and cannot be compared with a 4 star hotel. For 4 bags of tea in our room we paid 200 CZK (they are specifically engaged in squeezing money from clients). We booked rooms next to the children, but we got them on different floors. The price and quality do not match and are not worth the money, we were very disappointed with this vacation, you can’t call it a vacation. We can’t understand why you have 10 out of 10 stars on your site? Think about it and check the hotels that you offer to your clients so as not to spoil your reputation.
