We had registered the transfer for 2 people. Shortly before, I had received an email asking me to make a transfer for 1 person. I still had to pay a fee to the savings bank for the transfer. I was surprised because I had registered 2 people. The information stated that the money had to be paid to the driver. When the transfer arrived on time in the morning, he could only take one person with him because only 1 person was registered with him. I refused, my friend and I drove to Marienbad. Personally, I wanted to leave this hotel on the first day!!! The doctor’s attitude during the consultation was unfriendly and dry, changing the procedures is a whole quest. There is NO food, what is a sugar substitute caused confusion among the kitchen staff, although they later found it. When something tasty was on the menu, I was really happy - although the hotel is 4 stars. The cleaning is superficial, it is necessary Apparently, teach the staff that the dust SHOULD also be wiped off (photos available) In the most expensive room, in the apartments, the towels are worn to holes (photos available) The staff during the procedures are not kind, especially the local ones - Madhouse - I often heard from people about the service of this establishment Personally, I the third time I ASKED to change my massage, which they REFUSED to give me because I was 10 minutes late!!!Answer from Spa Hotel Excelsior

The numbers provided for selection on the website do not correspond to reality, in the photo one is different in fact. We paid for a double superior room and were accommodated in a regular double room. There was no superior as such, as suggested on the site. We were moved to an apartment that was worth the price. The front side of the hotel faces the street, the roadway. There is no soundproofing, there is no peace and quiet either day or night, especially when the buses start running. The food in the restaurant is very simple, nothing special. Drinks are included only for breakfast, lunch and dinner - not even water, you need to buy everything. Treatment: the purchased package of treatments includes only 1 massage! The remaining procedures are simpler. Everything else needs to be purchased. The physiotherapist did not make a good and trustworthy impression. Inspection for a family of 3 people - 5 min. The hotel is not suitable for children. There is nothing for them. There are few cons. As usual, these are pillows. Although there are several of them, they are inconvenient for people with problems in the cervical spine. Periodically there were problems with the buffet in the morning and evening. At some points several dishes were missing at once. We didn’t like that immediately upon arrival we were given a schedule of procedures for the next day without the opportunity to change anything. This was not agreed upon with us in any way; the hotel also had no information about the state of health. The receptionist reacted very aggressively to our bewilderment about this. When I tried to refuse unwanted procedures the next morning, there was an extremely negative reaction. Because of this, the first impression of the hotel was negative. It subsequently went away, thanks to other hotel staff.

The doctor at the sanatorium didn’t even look at the conclusions I brought. I just measured my blood pressure and told me what water to drink. At the time of renal colic, I went to the office for help, the nurse very sharply told me that the appointment time starts at 12.30. This is unacceptable for a sanatorium with a good name. You would also like the doctor or nursing staff to meet with you at the end of your stay to find out about the patient's condition. Food: too monotonous, designed for representatives of the northern regions. Heavy dishes with oven-dried meat and fish. No lactose-free or soy/rice milk. During the 16 days of our stay, we had buckwheat once. Never had pancakes or pancakes. Every morning an egg and fried sausage is a very heavy breakfast.
