The front side of the hotel faces the street, the roadway. There is no soundproofing, there is no peace and quiet either day or night, especially when the buses start running. The food in the restaurant is very simple, nothing special. Drinks are included only for breakfast, lunch and dinner - not even water, you need to buy everything. Treatment: the purchased package of treatments includes only 1 massage! The remaining procedures are simpler. Everything else needs to be purchased. The physiotherapist did not make a good and trustworthy impression. Inspection for a family of 3 people - 5 min. The hotel is not suitable for children. There is nothing for them. Swimming pool in another hotel. Children are also not allowed into the world of saunas. I would not recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is located very well. The room was standard, but very bright, quite large, a sufficient amount of furniture, and the bed was comfortable. Very good lighting, both general and wall lamps. The food was varied, sufficient, everything was very tasty and not heavy, even for people with digestive problems. The staff is polite and attentive. We will be happy to come again.

There are few cons. As usual, these are pillows. Although there are several of them, they are inconvenient for people with problems in the cervical spine. Periodically there were problems with the buffet in the morning and evening. At some points several dishes were missing at once. We didn’t like that immediately upon arrival we were given a schedule of procedures for the next day without the opportunity to change anything. This was not agreed upon with us in any way; the hotel also had no information about the state of health. The receptionist reacted very aggressively to our bewilderment about this. When I tried to refuse unwanted procedures the next morning, there was an extremely negative reaction. Because of this, the first impression of the hotel was negative. It subsequently went away, thanks to other hotel staff.
This is not the first year we have stayed at the Excelsior Hotel and as always we are very satisfied! All treatments, especially massages were of very high quality. The medical staff were attentive and the treatments were conveniently timed. We will come back for sure.
