Treatment in the sanatorium is very minimal, procedures without the use of mineral water, dirt in reusable bags, an appointment with a doctor - 2 minutes. For some reason, all procedures begin at 7 am, but at 1 pm all the staff already go home. Apparently it’s so convenient for them, but no one thinks about vacationers.

The downside to the treatment is the rotation of staff during therapeutic massage. For 5 procedures - three different specialists - this is wrong. After all, everyone has their own approach and it is necessary to re-explain what the patient’s characteristics are, what needs to be taken into account... My husband was more fortunate - he was given a massage by one woman, which means there is such an opportunity. It will be good if the situation is corrected by the next visit. And also, please note that not all guests are the same size))) Robes should not only be huge, but also for slender, petite women. On vacation, you also want to look decent.

I liked everything, from check-in to service. Welcoming and friendly staff, minimal set of procedures, location of the hotel, cleanliness everywhere. The room is warm, there are regulators on batteries. The food was good, but it varied greatly from day to day - from tasty to mediocre, apparently the cooks are different, as are the masseurs - some just iron, and some use proprietary techniques. It was a little annoying that the cook himself puts the hot food for your dinner and you regulate it, asking for more of something or less of something. We didn't make it to the pool. The overall price-quality ratio is quite decent. I will recommend the hotel to my friends.Negatives

The rooms facing the street are very noisy. Baths for procedures using ordinary water (not mineral water). Very low quality of massage from some specialists. Lack of a private swimming pool, gym, and a functioning lobby bar. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. Nutrition. We took full board. For breakfast they serve porridge that no one knows how to cook. The lunches are terrible: no one is in a hurry to replenish the salads, there is only one type of soup (if you can call it that), the main courses served do not always correspond to those ordered. Some waitresses even offer tea for lunch for money. They may or may not give you dessert. It seemed that sometimes they served leftover food from the previous day. For dinner, all drinks, including tea, are offered only for a fee.

The town is very nice. Beautiful architecture, nature, everything is very compact. The hotel is very beautiful: the interior, the restaurant, the festive New Year's atmosphere, the decorations. The room is quite spacious and functional, comfortable bed. Room cleaning is very fast (during our breakfast), towels are changed almost daily. The food in the restaurant is of high quality and varied. The staff speaks and understands Russian, so there was no language barrier. The location of the hotel is wonderful: 10 minutes to the springs. The trolleybus stop is right in front of the hotel (you can get to the station or shopping center). Quite a good set of procedures. - Excellent location of the hotel, the very center of the city. - Food (I had breakfast and dinner) - very good. Varied, there was always a choice for dinner of several types of meat, poultry, fish, and various side dishes. Salads and vegetables. There were always fruits and desserts. The chef and the rest of the staff are very great. - The atmosphere in the hotel itself is very pleasant and comfortable. My room overlooked the courtyard - a view of the trees and the roof of the kitchen below. It was very quiet, the birds were singing. Only 2 times a day the ventilation from the kitchen made noise, but you can quickly get used to it, in my opinion. But in the room you could hear the ringing of the city clock, but I still didn’t understand from which tower, but it sounded amazing. - The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels with bathrobes are good and clean. - Wi-Fi is excellent - The procedural part is good. I cannot give an objectively indicative review, because... It was only 7 days and 5 days included procedures. It's not a large sample, but overall I liked it. Almost all of the nurses are friendly. The procedures are also pleasant, you can take an extra nap for almost everyone. - The water is good too. Of those that the doctor wrote to me, I settled on the Rudolf spring - it has the most pleasant taste and smell. - A bunch of different cafes/restaurants, you can always find a new place. - The staff speaks Russian if necessary, although it was easier for me to communicate with them in English. - The city itself is amazing! It is small, but very pleasant to explore during leisurely walks. In 7 days I walked around it completely and it inspired me very much and left only wonderful impressions in my memory!Negatives

There are practically no grocery stores in the center, and to buy water and some additional vegetables/fruits for a snack, you need to go/go a little further from the center to stores - Kaufman, Lidl, Tesco. These are large supermarkets and you can find everything there. The doctor's appointment lasts 1 minute and that says it all. Just a nominal unit. I have been many years old and in my life I have been to many sanatoriums in different countries, and this is not the first sanatorium in the Czech Republic, but this is the first time I have seen such an attitude towards people. After looking at the form about diseases and medications I took, which I filled out upon check-in, her communication was limited to the fact that she said you’ll pick up the appointment sheet at the reception and that’s it. When trying to explain that I don’t need such procedures as inhalations and paraffin on my hands, which are prescribed to everyone upon check-in on the first day, before seeing a doctor, she replied that they do not have a good medical base. It’s a pity that a four-star hotel charges separately for a sauna, and there’s no place to jump out, a swimming pool or a jacuzzi. And if the procedures were performed on weekends, I personally would stay longer.
