We can say that it is a luxurious hotel. We lived in the Imperial building, the rooms there are very cool. The double room is simply huge. You can safely come even with a small child, since the double bed is very spacious. You can use the infrastructure of other hotels combined with the Zvezda.

The treatment is excellent, there are many procedures, even a massage, which is usually done carelessly everywhere, here the massage therapist did it conscientiously, for about 30 minutes. I would like to highlight the mud procedures.

It’s impossible to even take an apple out of dinner; they put up a “don’t take out food” sign. And if I’m full and want to eat fruit a little later, what should I do? For the money I paid for the hotel, they could have stopped putting up these offensive signs.

A very comfortable hotel, judging by the reviews we read before leaving, extremely popular. It was really packed to capacity, but there were no problems in terms of queues for procedures. The same goes for breakfast, but it’s always better to arrive 5 minutes in advance for treatments and to the restaurant the same way. Of course, we came for breakfast and 30 minutes after the start, there was no problem, there was always enough food. There were a lot of Germans staying at the hotel, very polite people who always greeted us.

Friendly staff. Nobody asked for a tip. They respond to requests at any time, despite being busy, with a desire to help. The treatment took half a day. In the evening there is classical live music in the cafe.
