We had a great rest and treatment! Many thanks to doctor Mickova, special thanks to head nurse Erna Kreishova, and all the staff of the medical department, especially Irzhka Vohlidzhalova (electrotherapy), massage therapist Iveta Blechova, underwater massage Frankova and all the other staff of the sanatria. Everyone is very attentive and patiently fulfills all the wishes of the guests. Wonderful swimming pool. Cleanliness everywhere. The food is excellent, for every taste and diet. Highly recommend. When visiting a doctor on Monday, October 14, and this was doctor Pimkova Irena, I asked to prescribe the medications my husband and I needed. The prescription was not filled that day and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. I approached the office, and the head nurse said that the doctor would not be there. When asked what should I do, the answer was: come back another day, the doctor didn’t know that she wouldn’t be there. My husband arrived with a diagnosis of sigmoid colon cancer. There were no tips on drinking water or procedures. These are two negative points that we encountered for the first time in Marianske Lazne. Best regards, OlgaPositives
Everything is excellent, with the exception of small drawbacks. Thanks to the medical staff for their excellent work and kindness, I especially want to mention the workers in electrotherapy, gas injections, mineral baths - in the “star” building. Good work from the reception, administrator Olga, an excellent room was prepared for our arrival, all issues were quickly resolved. We express our gratitude to the Sanatoriums team, our requests and wishes were taken into account promptly and efficiently.Negatives
There were some disadvantages to this visit: the number of appetizers and desserts has decreased, the quality of food has deteriorated, but this is my personal opinion. The staff at the spa reception has changed, the process of scheduling procedures took a long time, they came to the spa reception for several days in a row in order to optimally schedule the procedures. The "star" people don't know how to give gas injections correctly. We are wasting time and money. Please bring it to their attention. We did them before in a different place and the technique was different, and there were good results. These injections do not work! We didn't have time to write to them about it ourselves. Две медсестры что у нас работают,колят уколы по классической схеме 30 мл газа в одну точку а точек 4-6 ,общее допустимое количество газа для человека не должно превышать 200 мл .Есть точечное обкалывание плеч,колен ,спины ,но это по времени длится 20 мин.Этот метод не ввели пока на нашей фирме как процедуру, для Вас к Вашему приезду мы лично сделаем обкалывание,Так что из-за этого не нужно ездить в другой отель.Сестры владеют методикой.Вопрос этот мы обсудили.Газ у нас Мариин натуральный и тут не может быть сомнений,методики работают две.
