Initially, we got a room with a bad view, but after our request, the reception provided another one with a beautiful panorama of the city. A wide variety of procedures, a very smart doctor who prescribed the course of treatment. Excellent food: dietary and varied, I advise you to take full board. Separately, I would like to note the staff of almost all rooms, in particular: inhalation, paraffin, mud applications, mineral baths and gas envelope. In conditions of strict quarantine and great restrictions due to coronavirus, almost all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The treatment was not canceled, we completed the entire course, although many hotels were closed. Thanks to the hotel director, the guests were even allowed access to the pool, although all pools and spas in the area were closed. The hotel reception staff is friendly and always ready to help. I would also like to express my deep gratitude to the guide Irena from Sanatoriums, who helped us book a group transfer to the airport at the last moment, after hours in the evening, which helped us out indescribably!

Due to the difficult and truly military situation in the country due to the virus, the atmosphere was tense. Every day we were notified about the next innovation: what not to do. Some of the staff used this situation to justify rudeness, laziness and (I’m not afraid) outright chauvinism. There was a very unpleasant situation in a restaurant when the government issued a ban on the gathering of more than 30 people in one place. The hotel did not respond in time and there was a large queue at the entrance. The manager simply pushed the hotel guests away, blocking their path. The climax of the whole situation was a scandal with one guest in front of all the guests, who refused to wait any longer and went to dinner. Martin's manager (sort of) started grabbing the girl by the arms and literally yelling at her. This behavior from staff is unacceptable. Also, the dark-haired guy from the spa area with the pool is a boor, which you need to look for. He refused to let us in for the procedure we paid for. With an almost empty hotel! Well, an observation that does not depend on the hotel: in the low season (March) 99.9% of guests are elderly. We didn’t interfere with each other at all, but the situation was a little depressing.
