People with gastrointestinal disorders come here, and the food is COMPLETELY inappropriate: the salads were with vinegars and some kind of acid. You can leave here not feeling better, but with a stomach ulcer. The attitude of the medical staff leaves much to be desired, they spoke rudely and were inattentive to patients. There is no supervision during the procedures, you can literally, God forbid, choke in the bathroom, and they will not find out until the end of the procedure. I went in hopes of relaxing, but received a lot of negativity. I had a rest, but this was not due to the hotel at all. I will not return to this hotel again!

I went to the Krivan Hotel for the first and last time. The food is bad, salads with citric acid, porridge cannot be eaten. The quality of treatment and attitude are rude. During the 21 days of our stay in Krivan, not a single vacationer spoke positively. The location is great.

Terrible sound insulation: you will know all the details of your neighbors' lives. Crumpled and dirty tulle on the windows. Towels are changed every three days. If you unknowingly throw them on the floor the first day, you will have to pick them up, since they flatly refuse to change them. For the first five days in the restaurant, the tablecloths were all stained. breakfast is poor, low quality products, store-bought baked goods and not very fresh. The coffee from the machine is not very good, there is only one juice, natural yogurt and curd mass, sliced food, boiled eggs and overcooked sausages, porridge, fruits (apples, pears, orange). If something runs out, they don’t rush to replenish it. Lunch time from 12 to 13 is not very convenient. Choice of only two dishes. the fish were presented only once. There are no vegetarian dishes. Only the beef was cooked well. The pork smelled like knur, over-salted and overcooked in not very good oil. There were no desserts for lunch, tea for money. The soups were mostly thick and quite edible, but some were too salty. The choice of salads is small, the dressing is sweetish. Upon check-in, they demanded full prepayment; the tired ones were sent to change money on Sunday evening. Conclusion: there are no four stars here.

It would be more convenient and would not cause conflicts if the restaurant reserved one permanent place at the table for a guest (who comes for 3-4 or more weeks). The hotel is declared non-smoking, but not all guests comply with this ban. They smoke in one room and the smoke gets into the rooms of non-smoking guests. This causes negativity!

It’s optimal to take two meals a day, because... We didn’t have time to get hungry before lunch because of the heavy breakfast. Many people have already written about Sister Anna here, we also liked her, professional, but strict. Nearby there is a beautiful park with a singing fountain and the sounds of music could be heard even in the room. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, like home. One day I was left without dinner at all because I was offered a salad from the bar as the main course! ! There is no vegetarian dish on the menu; I always had to warn that I only eat vegetables. Regarding the room: the mattresses are terrible, it’s like sleeping on the floor, very hard. The room was hardly cleaned in 2 weeks, I constantly have to ask for towels and change of bed linen. The towels were all full of holes!!! And this is in a 4 star hotel??? The service, food and staff in Bali are terrible. There is no end-of-stay reception, although two receptions are paid for. Drinks (tea, coffee, beer, wine) during lunch and evening are paid extra. Russia is a cold country, we drink hot drinks and mostly tea. It would be nice if tea (only tea!) was included in the price of your stay.
