All day long you could hear them cooking, running, etc. Towels and linen were changed only when our patience ran out. Of the food, only breakfast was decent. Everything else is very, very unimportant. We had to eat in the city. This is all unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Although we are unpretentious people, we must maintain the brand of a 4-star hotel.

When we arrived after the procedures at 9 o’clock in the morning, everything was already empty. Although breakfast is until 10 o'clock. Completely empty. There were only bread products, we had to wait for additional preparation. In the evening for dinner, the menu is repeated every 4 days. We decided not to go there anymore.
The staff is responsive and good. Attentive and always ready to help. Separately, I would like to say a big thank you to Anna, the nurse, for her professionalism, attentiveness, communication skills, and kind attitude.

The food is bad, there is no choice, dinner is more varied than lunch, if you take half board, dinner is better. But the dishes are not dietary, there is a lot of fried breaded pork. There was fish twice in 14 days, chicken once. Mostly pork in different versions and with potatoes or rice and pasta. Vegetables only in the form of salads. The refrigerator is not free, as they say, but you rent it for 500 CZK. The cleaning ladies climb on the bedside tables and refrigerator. For those who have an extra 200 euros, I recommend another sanatorium.

People with gastrointestinal disorders come here, and the food is COMPLETELY inappropriate: the salads were with vinegars and some kind of acid. You can leave here not feeling better, but with a stomach ulcer. The attitude of the medical staff leaves much to be desired, they spoke rudely and were inattentive to patients. There is no supervision during the procedures, you can literally, God forbid, choke in the bathroom, and they will not find out until the end of the procedure. I went in hopes of relaxing, but received a lot of negativity. I had a rest, but this was not due to the hotel at all. I will not return to this hotel again!
