I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it doesn’t correspond to the beautiful pictures: old, shabby, cold rooms with old squashed mattresses, and if you want to change your room, you’ll get a room of 6 sq.m. (you feel like you’re in a storage room)

Unfortunately, you refused all offers. In 2022, the mattresses in all rooms were replaced with 5* business class with anti-allergenic natural covering; they are practically new. All liked it. Good location. Cozy hotel and room. Cleaning and change of towels every day (optional). Friendly, responsive and unobtrusive staff. Excellent cuisine and catering. (A request for vacationers: “If you like your dishes saltier, don’t scold the cooks, just add some salt. Despite all the positive feelings from the stay, there was still one small minus. This is noise, from approximately 7:00 to 21:00, from a running compressor or fan outside the windows facing the courtyard. It was cool and the windows were closed, so the sound was not strong. I'll be back! Everything was perfect! Very nice, helpful reception, great therapists, the procedures perfectly tailored to me. The massage was amazing! Thank you for that! I have to go to the Czech Republic to get such great treatments! The restaurant was the same, a fantastic breakfast and dinner, the service ladies were very friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom were very clean, the mattress was top notch. The sauna area can be reached in seconds with a borrowed bathrobe and bathing shoes by elevator. We visited with our daughter in March and were very pleased with both the transfer and the hotel itself. The staff is polite, they always give advice, the treatment is excellent, thanks to the girls. The girls in the restaurant are also very nice and friendly, only one waitress walked around with a dissatisfied face. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was clean. I was in the hotel for 6 days. It was very nice. Hotel is located in the heart of Karlovy Vary. There is a mineral water source in a 5-minute walk. The room is very comfortable and clean. Very nicely decorated. Is there everything you need. You can drink tea and sit comfortably in the restaurant all day long. The staff is very polite, helpful and competent.
