We rested from April 9 to April 16, at the height of the Easter holidays in Europe, the sanatorium was crowded, but overall this did not interfere with our vacation. We got a corner room on the 1st floor for 3 people, roughly speaking 2 rooms without a door, at first we were upset by the lack of view from the windows, but after looking at another room we decided to stay, as we decided that 2 rooms were better than one, and there was a balcony overlooking the fountain in yard The rooms have everything except air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable for those traveling in the heat, but we didn’t need it :) We skipped lunch upon check-in, but upon check-out we were provided with packed lunches. Lunch and dinner are made to order, but this turned out to be a plus, since you don’t overeat and the choice is always at least 4 dishes, fish, beef, pork, duck, rabbit and the portions are quite decent, but sometimes there was very little meat for dinner, tea , juices all day, coffee only for breakfast though. I really liked the way the chef prepared it, the only thing I would like to do is diversify the salad bar more and often have potatoes as a side dish for the ordered dish, but I changed the side dish several times and always got what I wanted. About the procedures - the treatment base is not bad, but the choice is not very large, everyone receives the same list of procedures, the time is also very scattered throughout the day, only 3 procedures per day. My goal was a massage and I got it 4 times in a week! because my leg hurt from time to time and after the procedures the pain miraculously went away. I also liked the paraffin cakes. The staff is generally friendly, cleaning is fast every day, towels are changed upon request, and if it is necessary to change procedures, the nurse is helpful. Instead of the reserved apartment (two rooms with a balcony), on the day of arrival we were given only a double room! They said that there was supposedly an error and our number was busy! We talked with another vacationer and at first they also tried to put him in a simple double room instead of an apartment! Three days later we were moved to an apartment, while returning the difference of 50 euros for three days to each! Breakfast was more or less, but the baked goods, buns and pastries were really not fresh, they were somehow dented. You could hammer nails with buns! For lunch and dinner there were the same vegetable salads - cabbage, carrots, cabbage and carrots, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, tomato and cucumber salad, red cabbage salad (no one ate it , because it tasted really bad). During the week, the assortment of salads was supplemented only by a salad with carrots, nuts and raisins and that’s it! The portions of the hot dish were very small - 4 pieces of 10 grams each. meat (for example, lamb) and boiled potatoes with almost all dishes!!!! I couldn’t look at them by the end of my stay! The room was poorly cleaned! There was always water in the sauna - it did not go down the drain holes! Но мы, конечно, старались компенсировать Вам неудобство максимально и третий день проживания Вы получили номер, которой на 70 евро в день дороже, чем Вами оплаченный номер. К сожалению, мы не знали, что Вы все-таки недовольны. Правда, мебель у нас не самая новая, но во всех номерах новые ванные комнаты, все кровати и телевизоры в номерах новые, шторы, занавески и ковры также не старые. И теперь постепенно меняем окна и мебель. Что касается Ваших комментариев к питанию – во-первых, мне очень жаль, что Вы на месте никакие претензии не сказали. Если было что-то не так, всегда можно ситуацию решить. Например, если выпечка кажется не свежая, без проблем можно ее заменить. Булочки нам каждое утро привозит местный хлебозавод, значить каждый день они свежие. На обед и ужин всегда предоставляем разные салаты – всегда 8 видов, которые меняются. На обед и ужин можно выбирать из 4 разных блюд и гарнир. Гарниры можно по договору при заказе заменять на желаемые. Мы всегда готовы пойти навстречу нашим клиентам, по договоренности также готовим блюда, которых на меню нет. В 2015 г. мы сделали новый веллнес-центр (сауны, джакузи и дорожки Kneipp).
