It is advisable to increase the time of some procedures (even for a fee), to offer vacationers baths with Carlsbad salt and other additives, i.e. expand the service of additional services. But these are not disadvantages, and my wish is that there are no disadvantages!

I think the location of the hotel is good, as walking and exploring can only be beneficial. I don’t recommend it for elderly and sick people - after all, the climb is steep. many old people did not even go down to the colonnade. We brought water in a bottle to our neighbor-grandmother.

I really liked everything, especially the sauna, where you can go for free every day. This is a whole complex with a Finnish sauna and steam room, a jacuzzi and a Kneipp path. The food is varied, everything is very tasty. It is positive that the dishes are not too salty, as has happened in other hotels. Another difference is drinks without extra charge for lunch and dinner. Large selection of vegetables and fruits. The hotel staff are very friendly. Internet in the rooms is quite fast. The rooms are very quiet, the sound on the TVs is muted, does not disturb the neighbors, and there is no noise from the street either. There are never any queues for procedures.

There is a forest nearby, beautiful nature, the smell of autumn leaves was simply intoxicating. As for the location, we were quite happy with it, it was a good walk for us, by the second half of our stay we found several paths along the steps and in the morning we went down them to the springs, and walked back slowly around. The head nurse very skillfully takes blood from a vein. Every day we signed up for the pool and sauna, and in most cases we swam in the pool together. The sauna area is completely new and modern. Freshly renovated bathrooms. For the first time in Vary we came across a hotel where the rooms even had flower vases. About treatment: the hotel offers a full range of medical procedures. Friendly and highly qualified medical staff. There are no time delays, no queues for procedures. I would like to mention Dr. Ladislav Polivko, head nurse Irena, nurse Eva, and massage therapists. The food is excellent, a variety of dishes, vegetables and fruits, baked goods. The portions are large. Gratitude to the cook and all the waiters of the restaurant. Their attention, care and cordiality lifted my spirits.
