The hotel is designed for those who are not afraid to walk far to the springs. We considered this as part of the treatment. Great staff. We have never met with negativity or simply an indifferent attitude. The three of us lived in a room. And our adult daughter's bed was faulty. After our appeal, the master came. But the night showed that his efforts were in vain and the bed needed to be changed. They changed it without any questions. Absolutely all the staff speaks Russian.

Treatment is not this hotel's strong point. We have been coming to Karlovy Vary for many years in a row, this is the first time to this hotel. When we were driving, we realized that this was not a sanatorium, but a spa hotel, but there is the main rule of medicine - do no harm. Reception at the doctor. The doctor is a competent specialist, but he is clearly an optimist in life, and does not strain himself too much. Of all the reports and photographs that I brought with me, he did not take a single one into his hands, even if we assume that he does not know how to read Russian, then for the sake of decency you can look at the photographs. Some procedures stated on the website are not available at all; there is no cardiogram in the hotel, and never has been. Shock wave therapy in fact turned out to be an exclusively paid procedure, like a mud bath. An expensive shock wave therapy device sits idle. In some hotels, one shock wave therapy procedure is provided free of charge, but if a repetition is required, then this is for a fee. The head nurse turned out to be a competent specialist, as well as a couple of other medical workers. The rest are people who are far from medicine, but even if they know anything, they are negligent in their work. Nobody follows the temperature regime of the procedures prescribed by the doctor!!!! As a result, a burned foot on parafango. Carbon dioxide baths, where the temperature should be strictly 35 degrees, a bath that affects the cardiovascular system; if one degree is higher, your heart rate increases; if lower, you freeze and begin to become cowardly. When asked: “What is the temperature in the bath?”, they answer that they don’t know, and the fact that the card says 35 degrees doesn’t bother them at all!!!!! Of the 8 prescribed, only in 5 cases the temperature regime was maintained - 2 cold, 1 hot. Gymnastics in a small pool, where a maximum of three people can swim side by side, took place in the presence of just vacationers, instructor Tomas did not react to this, and the vacationers explained to us that they were registered at the reception. This was repeated more than once. In response to our complaints, the reception employee replied: “We do not have a schedule for procedures in the medical department!” Gymnastics in the pool as a procedure is carried out at 9-00, only 20 minutes, is it really difficult to set a schedule and prohibit free attendance at this time? In many hotels where there are activities in the pool, free access is generally prohibited before lunch. Those vacationing at the hotel were great, they smoked in a strictly designated place under an umbrella in the courtyard. But the staff smoked at the central and emergency entrances; for hotel employees who smoke, a place should be allocated to the side. Dear Administration Replace the medical staff. Equip the medical department and restaurant with an air conditioning system so that doors are not opened for ventilation and huge flies do not fly around. Make the oxygen therapy procedure normal, the way it should be - 50 minutes, with quiet music, in comfortable chairs, and not the disgrace that now exists - 20 minutes on a chair in a walk-through room. where they don't even close the door. Baths that are prescribed for unknown reasons - you just lie in plain warm water - the water is not minimal!!!. Mud baths are paid, but also useless - the cat cried mud in them. Injections with carbon dioxide - they are also of no use. Massage also cannot be called good. If you go to this hotel only because it is in a good location - everything else is not suitable for a hotel with 4 stars. Mostly 3 stars!!!!
