I really liked the hotel. The room is comfortable, small, but very functionally furnished - a comfortable large bed, a large wardrobe, a table, bedside tables. По поводу питания – повара у нас стабильные, те, которые Вам готовили также в течении Вашей первой поездки, поэтому мне не очень понятно, что именно ухудшилось, кроме того, что Вам не понравился один салат. Поэтому их всегда в буфете предлагаем 8 видов, что бы угостить всех 😊 Столики у нас в ресторане не резервированы под номер, можно сидеть, где угодно. Пожеланиям стараемся выйти на встречу, но Вы хотели столик, которой уже был зарезервирован нашими другими 20 лет постояанными гостями. Мне очень жаль, что Вы не могли получить желаемое. She left me twice for another client. I didn't receive any apologies afterwards. Apparently, it was clear that it was the last massage, I was leaving and there was no need to correct the mistake. How can you do other procedures in a massage room and entrust this to a massage therapist? Unclear. Misha didn’t have a massage a year ago, as the vacationers told me. Yes, she is a friendly girl, but her professionalism leaves much to be desired. I repeat: the massage should not be strong, it should be correct. It's a pity that the doctor didn't understand this point. It's a pity. And one last thing. This is just a joke. Room cleaning. The maid Helena cleaned my room 215. And I suddenly felt like a “pioneer” in a Soviet pioneer camp))) The first two nights I sweated a lot. And, oh horror, she took off the bed linen herself and left it on the floor in the bathroom! And not only that, she took off the oilcloth from the bed, which made her sweat! For this I received my first “reprimand” from a maid I respect! The oilcloth was put on the bed, but I was forbidden to take it off)) Then I dared to ask for second slippers! I was given a severe reprimand: people only walk around the room in slippers)) But I didn’t go outside... in white slippers!))) Thank you for the slippers that her colleague gave me! По поводу Вашего надоразумения с массажистом Барбарой – произошла не стандартная ситуация. В кабинете рядом, где происходит электролечение, отключился не понятно почему аппарат и издавал громкий звук. Поэтому массажист подошла решить ситуацию и когда к Вам вернулась, уже Вас не было. Мне очень жаль, что эта ситуация не произошла более понятно и что Вы так поняли, что массаж плохой. Это тоже номер, которой видно в презентации компании sanatoriums.com. Конечно, если посмотрите из окна в низ, увидите стену а прямо из окна видно природу. Но конечно понимаем, что каждому нрявиться другое. The food is excellent, this year the cook delighted us with excellent porridges in the mornings, even the semolina was like in childhood, without any lumps. We met at the hotel with relatives who had arrived from Germany, and stayed at dinner longer than the allotted time. Lenochka, the waitress waited very tactfully and patiently; they apologized, of course, for not noticing the time, but it was nice that she was so attentive to the guests. Everything is organized clearly and calmly, there is no crowd anywhere, everyone smiles and says hello. I recommend the hotel and give it the highest score. The only thing if you are going to go for the first time, keep in mind that the path to the springs may seem difficult if you have problems with the musculoskeletal system.
