Indeed, the vacation was wonderful: I prefer active recreation, so constant hiking, the location of the hotel almost in the mountains, always fresh mountain air, Karlovy Vary in full view - all this helped me recover and feel like a completely healthy person again. The treatment is organized clearly and consistently, the medical staff is polite and attentive. All requests and suggestions are accepted and considered. The chief doctor understands the health problems of vacationers like a good professional. The hotel is clean, tidy and cozy in a Czech style. My sister and I are lucky!!!

Very good location of the hotel itself. The room was magnificent, spacious and bright. The staff works beyond all praise. Having a swimming pool and an excellent sauna is also a huge plus. The cooks cooked incredibly delicious food!! And in general I really liked everything. Now we are only here!!!

We were only there for a week, so it was not possible to fully evaluate the treatment program, but nevertheless we really liked everything! Very friendly staff at the hotel, at the reception (Mr. Karl greeted us), and in the restaurant. I really liked the doctors, nurses, all good specialists, very friendly! The food is delicious and varied. The hotel is located on a quiet street, from which there are springs not so far away - the walk was always pleasant and useful. The bus station is nearby - you can go to Prague or the airport for little money. We really enjoyed our stay at the Smetana Vysehrad hotel, we will definitely try to come again. Thank you!

A very cozy hotel, located in a quiet place, inexpensive, but in no way inferior to others. Right behind the hotel there is a forest, always fresh and clean air. The entire staff is polite and responsive, starting with the competent employees at Rezeption. The medical staff does a wonderful job, they work quite professionally, we are very grateful to them. The massage is great! We are not very picky about food. We think that the quality of food and organization of service in the restaurant are very good. My wife lacked the traditional porridge for all of us as a side dish. But every day the chef prepared something tasty and unfamiliar. We have never seen him, but he is a Master! Thank him very much! There is no air conditioning in the room, although the weather was beautiful with cool nights, but you have to keep in mind the time of year. And I would recommend hanging a clock in the rooms - every day the procedure is at a different time, you have to constantly look for your wristwatch and check the time.

The location for me was very easy to walk to the source and back with beautiful views from all sides, amazing!!!! the massage in rooms B1 and B2 is good with positive energy. In the kitchen, two chefs work in shifts and this is noticeable. The location of the hotel is convenient for regular walks to the city center and springs (15 min.). The food is good, we ordered separate dishes for the baby. After the doctor’s examination, the appropriate procedures were prescribed, which we were very pleased with. Because The swimming pool in some hotels is included in the procedures, but here you can swim every day by appointment. Also a wellness center. The staff is great. We are grateful to everyone. By the way, we noticed that most hotels do not have places to sit outside. There are tables and benches here, which is very convenient; you can have a cup of coffee while waiting for your mother.
