We visited the sanatorium for the first time. The impressions from staying at the Egle sanatorium are the best that can ever be. This was our first time in a sanatorium, since we have a very small child (only 3 months old), we couldn’t go somewhere by the sea, and we decided to try your sanatorium and were very pleased! The price and quality correspond, very good staff, since we were with a baby, the two girls who cleaned our room were always there to meet us if we needed to come in, for example, to clean up later! The food is varied, you could always find something to suit your taste. We were a little confused with the treatment program, took the MINI, and then bought additional massages, but the first time we just didn’t figure it out :) we plan to come again in the spring and now we already know what and how :)

Lovely stay as usual as this is my 4th stay in Egle Comfort. The food, treatment, location, staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Everything under your arm if you need to get to the town - there are buses on the door step, taxis are not expensive. You just couldn't get better location as the forest just on the door step.Negatives
The only negative point I have experienced this time is the resection of a laddy who was on duty in the reseption, she would not do anything until I really pressed on her to get our transfer from Egle to the Vilnius airport. I was asking for a transfer 4 days in raw and every day a new person was on duty taking a note for my transfer but no communication between them, so every day a new note was taken and none was putting me on the list. I was there 10 days so clients entitled for a free transfer, seems like they don't like entitled client, if it would be for a fee - I would be on the list immediately

The only complaint about the sanatorium is the inconsistent WiFi signal - sometimes normal, sometimes weak, sometimes not at all. And a complaint against the Sanatoriums company - it was impossible to take advantage of the bonus excursion around Druskininkai, because... it starts at 17:00, when there are still procedures, and then dinner. We should do it later, as it was before, at 19 o’clock.

There are no negative aspects except for the lack of choice of cereals for breakfast / semolina porridge, rice porridge / and also, in the presence of a large number of citrus fruits, there is no fresh juice machine, which is very useful, as well as the lack of utensils for salt and mustard on the tables, which requires a constant trip to the counter for salting products and the total number of procedures in the midi program can be reduced to 4 per day and then everyone can buy more; this will slightly reduce the cost of the tour given today’s huge increase in prices. Please take this into account in the near future, since we plan to repeat the course of treatment soon. This number of procedures is optimal

Possibly We also offer excursions in German or English, as I don't speak Russian or Lithuanian. Some guests should be banned from using cell phones in the swimming pool and dining room. Some guests simply take the salt shaker, which is intended for all guests, to their table and never bring it back. Some people therefore still need to learn table manners.
