I am completely satisfied with Europe Fit, the rest and treatment went unnoticed and I really wanted to stay for at least another 3-5 days. Everything in the hotel is of a good standard, cleanliness, comfort in the room, delicious food with always a large selection of dishes. Having your own thermal pool is an obvious plus, and you especially understand this when it’s cold outside and you don’t want to go to the lake, especially in the morning. thank you to the staff for your attention and services provided

high level of treatment, I’m returning to Europe Fit for the second time and am absolutely satisfied with everything, the procedures are prescribed competently and the doctor always carefully asks about my health. There is no conveyor belt in treating guests, and I like that. in bad weather we didn’t go to the lake at all but swam in the thermal pool in the hotel itself. I would like to say separately about the food: the choice, like last year, is impressive, everything is deliciously prepared.Negatives

In addition to the fact that I ordered a round-trip transfer for one person, the best man arrived with his wife, seating her next to him in the front seat, and I had to sit in the back seat for 2 hours in a place very uncomfortable for my legs. And I had to fly 18 hours. So terribly bad service. Every evening a large bus arrives with tourists for only one day. This is some kind of transit point, not a sanatorium for treatment. I do not recommend this sanatorium to anyone in Europa Fit Superior.Negatives
Very poor food, everything was completely fried and terribly over-salted. Which caused my blood pressure to rise. After the baths you stand on the cold floor, which almost makes everyone sick. The lake is very far from the hotel, after which you need to walk for a long time, which is quite difficult for older people. I do not advise anyone to go to Harvis in Europa Fit Superior. I was sick the entire stay in this, so to speak, “sanatorium”.

The price absolutely does not correspond to the quality, a solid C. The food is designed for a certain demand, mainly pork. What you didn’t eat in the evening is served quite calmly the next day. You won’t remain hungry. That’s all, and this is not compensated by the quality of the medical procedures. Massage is just a name. But if you pay a tidy sum for another type of therapeutic massage, the therapeutic effect for your own money is guaranteed.. Many do not speak English or Russian, but there were many Russians. The cleaning is superficial. It is better to rent an apartment and buy a package of services separately, then it turns out to be half the price and the nervous system is in order. You pay for everything - if you want water - pay, if you want to reschedule the procedure - pay, you signed up for the procedure and for some reason you refuse less Pay more than a day, no matter where you go, money is up front. And this is all in addition to the fact that it’s already expensive. Once again, no one will tell you anything. It’s worth going only in the warm season, the lake is cold, and it’s not worth swimming in the indoor paddling pool. Once, during a walk, I heard a conversation between two “ladies” - “oh, you and I dirty the lake a little, after the massage, the oil ones climbed into the water” - this is about the paddling pool, and where is the guarantee that they didn’t do anything else. the hotel is very good, it stands out for its comfort, we took a double room and were more than satisfied, stable internet. the food was a pleasant surprise, because we’ve probably never seen such a selection of dishes at any resort where we’ve vacationed before, for every taste: several types of meat dishes, salads, and probably about 10 of them made from the freshest ingredients, I’m not even talking about sweets and fruits - that goes without saying, plus they even gave us ice cream. I also liked the medical department, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasant and polite staff, everything worked efficiently. Overall I'm more than satisfied.

Thank you, everything suits me! The kitchen and staff, service (the only small regret is that they don’t let you use the iron, fear of fire), as well as in terms of treatment - no complaints!
