I didn’t like the treatment, not even the quality of the procedures, there’s nothing to complain about, everything was on schedule. And in terms of organization. We arrived on Wednesday, but were only able to get in for the procedures the following Monday, everything was booked out, and as a result, five days were lost. Personally, I wanted to take additional spinal traction procedures for all the days of my stay, but nothing worked out. And we were also unpleasantly surprised by the postponement of the appointment with the doctor to a later, inconvenient time; instead of us, a couple of Germans, who apparently arrived after us, were rescheduled for the appointment. And they moved us without even warning us in advance. And then, when my husband didn’t like the procedure and decided to change it, he had to sit another 40 minutes at the doctor’s office the next day to change the procedure within a minute. I was very pleased with the opportunity to borrow Nordic walking poles from the hotel, which made walking around the area not only enjoyable, but also useful. I was surprised by the free lunch soup - not a single repeat during the 2 weeks of my stay! At dinner there is a large selection of dishes, except that there is not enough kefir. Shampoo and other jars were in the bathroom only upon check-in. Enough for 2 days. No more cleaning products were reported. The tips I left for the maids did not improve this situation! I had to buy everything in the store, because there wasn’t even anything to wash my hands with; the dispenser for liquid soap was empty even upon arrival! The foot massage I paid for outside the treatment package - almost 40 euros for 30 minutes - caused particular disappointment and even anger. It's simply disrespectful to offer such services to clients! The masseuse listened to songs with headphones on during the procedure and actively sang along. We rested for 2 weeks. Very good location of the hotel: not far from the lake and the opportunity to take walks along the most beautiful streets of the city. The city is buried in flowers. Support by Russian-speaking staff is very well organized. Special thanks to Tatyana and Oksana. The sanatorium has a very good SPA complex: with various swimming pools, including mineral water, relaxation areas and steam rooms. The staff there is also very helpful. The food is very tasty and varied. There are always a lot of people checking into the hotel, but at the same time, there are no queues anywhere and there is always enough for everyone: space, towels, and most importantly, attention.

The management should think about this, since the contingent of vacationers are people of retirement age and with back and joint problems. 2. Some dishes in the restaurant were over-salted. Salty foods in old age are also harmful. 3. There is no such thing as lunch. Daytime soup is good, but you need to add a salad bar to it. I think it's not difficult.
