I didn’t like the fact that procedures are not provided and the doctor does not see people on weekends and holidays - this is a significant drawback; mandatory inclusion of payment for the festive New Year's dinner in the "package" - this is 250 €!!! from the person - too expensive MANDATORY holiday!!! Compatriots do not shower before visiting the pool - it would be nice for the doctor to hold explanatory conversations about the need to maintain hygiene before visiting the spa. In addition, the doctor does not examine vacationers for the absence of fungal diseases - in my opinion, this is not superfluous. Квалификация нашей гостиницы "Лечебно-оздоровительный Отель" , по-этому, консультация врача не является постоянной частью сервиса. В нашем отеле празднование Нового года на базе отдыха - многолетняя традиция, которая пользуется большим успехом. Программа встречи Нового года с проживанием минимум 3 ночи включает насыщенную праздничную программу, новогоднее шоу, гала-ужин all inclusiva - новогодний пакет предоставляется с доплатой! Гостям, которые не желают доплачивать за новогоднюю программу предлагаем бронировать до Нового года или после. Относительно недобросовестных гостей, которые не принимают душ перед посещением бассейна. В бассейне отеля размещены таблички с обязательными правилами посещения территории бассейна - взрослые люди должны быть ответсвенными перед другими гостями, к сожалению, сотрудникам отеля невозможно уследить за всеми..... В целях обеспечения необходимых санитарно-гигиенических параметров в нашем отеле применяется сложное фильтровальное оборудование, а также проводятся обязательные процедуры по смене и очищению воды. Absolutely amazing food. all you need: 2 meals a day. This (along with some soup for lunch) is more than enough. Assortment of dishes, snacks. desserts and pastries are beyond praise. Very, very tasty and everything is always very fresh. The treatment is generally standard, as in many sanatoriums: nothing outstanding, nothing special, but very attentive, high-quality, fast, without fuss. no queues: everything is very competently and rationally organized. Breakfast was a little annoying. It seems like everything is there, but nothing changes. If you go for three weeks (and that’s exactly what you want), then this monotony is a bit difficult... And secondly: that even in October there were a lot of people, especially when groups came for their own meetings or symposiums. (although if many people choose this hotel, this already says a lot!). Then the hotel management may think about not inviting large groups for their own purposes for 2-3 days when the hotel is heavily occupied? And for everything, thank you!

We were in Heviz for 2 weeks in October 2019. This is the second time we have come, and the second time we have stayed at the Europa Fit Hotel, because the hotel is truly wonderful: the service is at a very high level, friendly staff, the rooms are always clean, we are satisfied with the quality of the medical services provided. It’s worth mentioning separately about the food - the food here is not just tasty, but incredibly tasty. Trying all the dishes at dinner is unrealistic, there are just so many of them! I would like to say a special thank you to Tatyana from the reception and Magdalena (representative of “A Thousand Roads” at the hotel). Both are ready to help everyone, with any question and at any moment. Yes, there are no problems with the transfer either, everything is well organized. - no drinks for dinner, not even WATER! All drinks are for money. We believe that WATER should be free. In many hotels, the diet includes not only water, but also other drinks. How can a 4-star Hotel exclude all drinks from the package?! - local reception staff speak neither English nor Russian. You can't do it without help. - this year there were a lot of flying green “bugs” on the street that constantly climb into the rooms. Last year there were none. Guests must be warned upon arrival. I was VERY scared when I went to bed and they suddenly flew around the room...

So at the Europa Hotel we were not greeted and we got the impression that it was not we who were tired from the trip, but the reception staff who were tired of us. For any requests for accommodation on a higher floor, the answer is that they “can’t do anything” and if we want a higher floor and not the last room, but somewhere in the middle, then we should have booked it or notified them in advance . As if during booking there is such an option as choosing a room. Seeing our dissatisfaction with the accommodation, the employee immediately connected us with the representative of Sanatoriums.com in Heviz, Marina, who did not meet us upon arrival and also answered on the phone that “she couldn’t do anything.” It should be noted that the hotel always has employees from “1000 Roads” and “Robinson” who, unlike Sanatoriums, greet their guests and resolve all their issues. Then it turned out that we had an appointment with a doctor for Monday at 11:20. We asked to reschedule us earlier, to which we were told “they can’t do anything” because the earlier time was already taken. We were indignant, citing the fact that today is Friday and we are the first to check in, and guests will be checking in on Saturday and Sunday, so why is it that we are not the first in line to see the doctor, but the last? Again, the employee immediately connects us with the representative of Sanatoriums.com in Heviz, Marina, by phone and she again replies that “she can’t do anything.” We realized that the representatives of Sanatoriums do not decide anything at all in this hotel, unlike “1000 Roads” and “Robinson”. We rested for 2 weeks from September 13 to 27, and our daughter and her husband should come next from September 29 to October 13, also from Sanatoriums. Having taken note of all the comments about the earlier wish to settle in a normal room and make an appointment with a doctor, we immediately began to worry about our daughter’s comfortable check-in and an earlier doctor’s appointment. At the reception we were promised an appointment with a doctor at 9:00, and to book a room a day or two before arrival. We did so, but again we heard that our daughter would be given a room on the 1st floor and the one on the far right was the worst of all possible Superior rooms, and the doctor would see them at 11:50. And of course they “can’t do anything” because, in their words: “the Germans are coming.” Well, what else can we say to liberal and democratic Europe? But at that moment in the hotel we saw the representative of Sanatoriums Marina for the first time and, of course, we told her everything that I stated in the review. We persistently asked her to intervene in the situation, but she, as always, answered that “she couldn’t do anything.” Having learned about our situation, other vacationers also began to beg Marina to intervene in the situation and she kindly agreed. After this, the daughter was still given the normal number 305, but the time for visiting the doctor was left the same - 11:50. Unfortunately, Sanatoriums, unlike “1000 Roads” and “Robinson”, is not an authority for the Europe Hotel, and when ordering a room in the highest price category through the Sanatoriums.com website, you get the worst of this category, while other guests do not. This was the case with us in Pyashtina at the Thermia Palace Hotel, where we also booked the most expensive room on the Sanatoriums website - Apartment with a balcony and, of course, got the most extreme one overlooking the road and the utility yard with a French balcony, and not a large one like in others rooms of the same category. And the answer has already been worked out: “we can’t do anything.” Even if you don’t publish my review, at least you will know the truth about yourself. But, as I said at the beginning of my review, it all depends on your own mood and we had a very good rest. And Hungary is good and the people are wonderful.
