The distance to the lake is 800 meters, not 550. Meals are half board: breakfast, dinner. Lunch - onion soup! This is not three meals a day! The transfer is late by 20 minutes, this is exciting. Water is not provided in the hotel, only for money and not little. This is not the service of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is great, it is centrally located but very quiet. I really liked the pool area. The cuisine was good and varied, I found the restaurant a bit small in contrast to the huge foyer. The spa treatments were carried out according to the schedule. My favorite were the mud treatments.

The “play of paid drinks” for lunch and dinner is a little unclear. The doctor prescribed me 4 procedures, after the first of which it turned out in the booklet that they were contraindicated for me, I asked to replace the remaining ones and received “therapeutic gymnastics,” which for me was like a pellet to an elephant - they turned my legs to about 10% of my stretch. The last gymnastics was replaced by a massage (what was available, although my back is definitely not my main problem, I came with leg problems).

Room cleaning is mediocre! The tablet fell behind the chair, I decided to check it, they vacuumed it after 3 days. There is a lot of food, but 80% is too salty! What’s wrong with the chef if many guests constantly have complaints? We asked the doctor to prescribe sleeping pills, but she didn’t give a prescription!!! She gave it the name without a prescription drug and that’s it! It turned out to be valerian root! He probably recommends this instead of painkillers! If you take a sports massage, then it’s simple, normal. Others will be weak, but for the elderly I think it’s normal, there are 80% of them here. In the morning and afternoon the pool is packed, it’s rare to find a place to hang a towel. 5 kg of dirt in the hotel is almost 3 times more expensive than at the entrance to Lake Heviz!

The lake is certainly beyond praise. Swim in open water. But this is additional. The treatment is very worthy; there are pools with water from the healing lake. This is definitely a plus, 5 types of spa are also a plus, fitness, although weak, is there. There is water for cleansing and this is definitely a plus. True, the price at the hotel is more expensive (for an additional fee of 990 Ft for a 0.5 l bottle). Found it in a pharmacy for 675 FT. The work of the medical and service staff is good. Room cleaning is lame, they are cleaned every day, to a C grade, towels were changed 2 times in 2 weeks. This is not enough considering the water procedures; they didn’t want to change the dressing gowns at all. I demanded. There are no slippers at all. This is a hotel with a tendency and that is not acceptable. The food is not for a sanatorium, everything is overcooked and salty and peppery. The chef clearly has no idea about diet. It looked funny, they didn’t give drinks at all for dinner, they even forced us to buy juices and water. Not to mention light table wine. And the constant in the bill was deceived with amounts, naturally at a higher cost. Additional procedures for money are not for everyone. I took an oriental massage, I didn’t like it. Expensive and unprofessional. As said opinion about the procedure. The attitude of the staff has changed. They began to ignore. Clearly lack of foresight in a crisis. They don't take criticism. It's a pity. I wrote my opinion, it’s mine and mine alone.

Very, very cozy hotel. The SPA Wellness area is large, with many pools, especially super pools with thermal water, which helps avoid visiting the lake. The procedures in the treatment department are very high quality and effective. The staff is attentive and responsive. Many thanks to the manager Tatyana, who answered all our questions in our native Russian language. Restaurant, food, service, everything is at a very high level. 1. When we went to the sanatorium, we had the goal of undergoing complex treatment and expecting to return in a completely different state. In my understanding, one of the important procedures in the complex treatment of the musculoskeletal system is a GOOD THERAPEUTIC massage. So they DON’T know how to do a massage there❗Moreover, one of the ladies living there said that if the massage therapists are paid extra, then they start doing it normally. FINE! NOT GOOD, BUT NORMAL ❗ This is the only reason why I cannot recommend this sanatorium. And we will not return to it, unfortunately. 2. Nobody said that there is healing water. We saw it ourselves by chance, but it was already late 3. No one explained that with full board, for some drinks, at certain meals you have to pay extra, but not for others. Moreover, if you think that it is logical, for example, that alcohol is paid and juices are free, then you are mistaken! At lunch we didn't pay for wine, but at dinner we paid for juice

A wonderful hotel with excellent educational and health facilities. Unfortunately, the negative thing was that I started developing an allergy in the form of skin rashes, most likely due to mud treatments, although I am a non-allergic person, and it was strange (on arrival home it immediately became better). This does not apply to the work of the sanatorium, but it is probably worth warning about it
