For the first time, the meeting of company representatives was very professional. Came to Hungary for the first time. Although the driver was late, Alexander gave a very interesting and informative tour of the history of Hungary on the way to Heviz. Highly recommended for those who will be visiting Budapest. Marina met us at the hotel and fully introduced us to the rules of the hotel, answered all questions, and checked us into our room. In the morning, she took me to the doctor and gave me all the contact information. Never before have we been accompanied by company employees like this. Thank you! Marina also introduced us to Valathoni Lajos. A unique, educated, professional person. He gave us a tour and spoke with great love about his city. Answered all our questions. I was left with a very good impression of the work of these people. Even at the hotel we were not treated so attentively. About the hotel. We lived in an apartment, it was comfortable for the two of us. Quiet, clean, secluded. Good cuisine, the food is tasty and varied. There is a soup bar for those who don't dine. The location of the hotel is very good for us. Nearby there is an exchange office, streets with shops, a market, and a bus station. We went to the lake every day, everything was nearby too. The hotel has a network of swimming pools, including a thermal one. Thank you Tatyana, the nurse (?) helped when Russian was needed. Treatment. Course of 10 procedures. Mud, massage and spine stretching. There are other procedures. Overall I liked it. I'll arrive in November.Negatives
Hotel. Bed linen and bathrobes are rarely changed, you have to ask, but the bed linen was changed only a week before departure. No body cream, hair rinse. You have to ask for shower caps and slippers. For this level of hotel I consider this a disadvantage. At the reception in the medical department they do not speak Russian, they are not very attentive to patients, only Tatyana (special thanks to her). Men work on mud procedures; it was not very convenient for me. They put a wet towel on me, forgot to finish the procedure on time, little things, but it’s very unpleasant when they don’t finish shouting to anyone.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. I really like the attitude of the staff, excellent cuisine, healing and SPA areas, thoughtful rooms. Even during the difficult period associated with the coronavirus, they organized a very interesting cultural program for the New Year holidays (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Christian Christmas). We got maximum pleasure during the period of rest and treatment in this hotel-sanatorium, in a beautiful country. We'll definitely be back!

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. All at the highest level! Food (Hungarian cuisine is beyond praise, a huge assortment and everything is very, very tasty), treatment (the best famous doctor in Europe, Veronica Moll, does not need advertising at all - she is a professional in her field, and Heviz procedures are 100% quality, the result is felt immediately). The attitude of the staff is super (wonderful and friendly people from the reception to the maids, providing comfort and coziness in the hotel. Special endless thanks to the Sanatoriums company. Clear organization of the holiday from booking rooms to transfer (and meeting at the airport and delivery to the airport on the way back - everything is perfect clearly!) The doctor at the sanatorium, Veronica Moll, is attentive and a highly professional specialist. I am grateful to the representative of Sanatoriums Lajos for an interesting tour of Heviz, attentive attitude in solving everyday issues, as well as to the representative of Sanatoriums in Heviz Marina for assistance in organizing the transfer. We chose an apartment when booking. We checked into a room on the 0th floor No. 611, the very last one on the floor overlooking the construction site, i.e. it couldn’t get any worse, we were practically alone on the floor. The builders do a great job. Every day they drill, chisel, equipment arrives, 3 cranes work. Moreover, the hotel is 70% empty. Subsequently, it turned out that we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, without construction No. 672 with a view of Carbona, we learned about this from the medical card, where No. 672 is indicated in all places.. What kind of personal hostility did the reservation or check-in service have 21.11 .2021 to move us into the most uncomfortable room. No. 672 remained vacant, like many other apartments.

On the one hand, it’s not far (about 500 meters), on the other hand, you can also stroll through small shops and meet the locals (very friendly and positive-minded). The only problem. When booking the tour, it was necessary to book full board. As a result, during our 11-day stay at the hotel, we took advantage of lunches 4-5 times. The order-style lunch is not thought out; to use it, you need to spend at least an hour of time (and everything is incredibly tasty) and subsequently dinner is no longer needed. Request: breakfast; either lunch or dinner.

I stayed at the Europa Fit sanatorium from 09/01/2021 to 09/15/2021. I had long wanted to visit Lake Heviz. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very good. About the hotel, apparently after the pandemic you can’t rely on advertising... not everything corresponds, but quite decent . It should be noted that the staff is very attentive and treats their work responsibly. There is a sense of savings in everything: but I think this is the consequences of the pandemic. This is a small thing that makes no sense to pay attention to. The rooms are good, they are cleaned regularly, towels and bed sheets are replaced regularly. It’s better to bring your own take bath accessories, since there is nothing except liquid soap... very good medical facilities, attentive staff. They don’t force procedures. The spa area is very good, although it didn’t always work at full capacity, I think in order to save money. I advise you to check the bill at the restaurant... I plan to come again. I advise you to replace the representative of your company, Lajos, I have never seen worse. There was no meeting at the hotel, dinner was not left, which should have been, and there was no compensation for this dinner. This is all the work of the representative of the company, whom I saw once, on the third day after arrival and then I practically forced him to come. Perhaps this is the only negative.

I would like to write a review about our stay at the hotel. My wife and I came to Hefiz for the first time. We really liked the town itself, it was very clean, well-groomed, and the hotel was comfortable, with wonderful rooms and friendly staff. The food at the hotel is varied and tasty, there is a permanent bar where you can drink coffee and various drinks, and in the evenings there is live music. The hotel has three swimming pools with thermal water of different temperatures with free access during the day, there is also an outdoor pool, several saunas, and sports activities. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. The medical facilities are at a high level, amazing doctors and medical workers who perform the procedures. All our issues were resolved immediately, be it changing bathrobes, towels or food. We had a great rest, improved our health and will definitely come back again.Negatives
Of the minuses: I did not understand why they charged us an additional fee for early arrival. Check-in for rooms starts at 12.00, we arrived around 08.00. It was possible to offer some other alternatives for the stay, also taking into account that we also left the hotel very early.

The new building with AppartRooms itself is very good for living. New comfortable furniture, high-quality service and conscientious attitude of the staff to cleaning the rooms, replacing towels, bed linen, hygiene products, etc. However, the distance from the rooms to the restaurant, medical building, swimming pools, which has to be covered several times a day, is very significant, especially for people with disabilities and problems with the musculoskeletal system. Moving back and forth along these long corridors and passages tires patients, is essentially an additional physical load on an already weakened body, and also affects the psychological state of patients.

The hotel's medical center welcomes the most famous physiotherapist in Hungary - Veronica Moll, a representative of the famous dynasty of rheumatologists in Hungary. It was her father who developed the technique of underwater spinal traction. Having checked into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the hotel: I had booked a single room, but they put me in a double suite. The next day after arriving at 9:00 am, an appointment was made with Dr. Veronica Moll. She listened to me very carefully, looked at the pictures, tests and made prescriptions: classic Heviz procedures - underwater traction of the spine in a pool with mineral water, mud from Lake Heviz on the joints, sulfur wrapping of the joints, massage, physiotherapy. The entire staff of the hotel's medical center works like clockwork; it feels like the center is run by a professional with a capital P. Herbal teas are brewed in samovars every morning!!! The hotel has several swimming pools with mineral and thermal water, a modern gym, and a good entertainment program. And the hotel restaurant is beyond praise: excellent service, a buffet with varied and delicious dishes. I paid half board: breakfast and dinner. Complimentary complimentary daily soup from the hotel. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception who are always ready to help with anything. We liked the rest at the spa hotel Evropa Fit very much. We took a package with two meals a day without treatment. Very tasty breakfasts (from 7 to 10) and dinners (17-30 to 21) on the buffet system and afternoon soup (from 12-14). Variety and pleasure with meals was provided. The staff is friendly, courteous and hardworking. It is good that staying at the hotel does not depend on the weather - a wonderful wellness area with saunas, with 6 swimming pools (with hydromassage, thermal, children's, jacuzzi, etc.) . We were also delighted by the concert of Budapest operetta artists. The hotel has a good room for playing with children - programs from 12-00 to 16-00 daily.
