Nutrition is problematic for unhealthy people; all dishes are fried and fatty and there is no alternative. Breakfast for those who are lactose intolerant is not suitable at all, porridge only with milk, the rest is all fried, overcooked, the same thing every day.

Not all rooms have normal ventilation. In some it doesn’t work at all, in some it is not regulated. Food, breakfast is monotonous. Boiled cold cuts of meat and salmon are the cheapest. But the most amazing thing is porridge, semolina, every day, just like in kindergarten. Really? you can’t cook oatmeal, healthy and cheap, familiar to Europeans. There were no good varieties of fish either, there was cheap stuff, like telapia and hake. For dinner there was some kind of strange buffet, you take the zaeuski yourself, but the hot stuff is given out, which creates queues. there were not enough umbrellas in the pool, people took places under the umbrellas already from 7 am

There are no conditions for people with physical disabilities. There are no wheelchairs of different sizes, low toilets, no showers with a built-in seat. It was very difficult for me to get up from the toilet and wash while standing; in general, there are no conditions for the disabled. The workers smile little. In the section where the massage is done, the workers have very stern faces. Abrupt, unpolite commands about what to put where when you are preparing for a massage, you can feel hostility in your speech. I felt as if I had done something wrong. I live in London and wherever I turn there, there is politeness and smiles with a desire to help. There's a huge difference here. In general, there seems to be a lack of moral support; I wish the employees to learn to smile more and greet visitors with joy.

Lack of air conditioning in the restaurant. The transfer from and to the airport was very poorly organized. Upon arrival, we waited an hour and a half and gave three passengers an ordinary car, but there was no space for suitcases. And on the way to the airport, a young driver arrived, a normal car, but on the way the driver changed to a very elderly man who didn’t know how to move at a traffic light, called somewhere, found out what to press, didn’t know how to turn on the air conditioning, in a word, just didn’t know the car. It was scary to drive, and this had never happened before

It was difficult for me because the doctor does not speak English and does not understand Russian well. Considering my age (88 years old), the doctor prescribed me 3 spinal stretches and did not recommend using Lake Heviz. And my main interest in going to the sanatorium in Heviz was precisely stretching. I should note that after the third stretch I had a severe aggravation in my back. After that I only took mud and sulfur wrap on my lower back and knee. By the end of my three-week treatment, mud and sulfur significantly improved the condition of my musculoskeletal system. My conclusion: for older people who want to undergo a stretching procedure, it makes no sense to go to Heviz. I should note that all my life, starting at the age of 30, I have been walking more than 10 thousand steps every day at a normal pace.

This was our first experience of such a vacation (rest + treatment). And it should be noted that everything went perfectly. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good room service, convenient location of the hotel itself. Tatyana at the reception was very helpful. And in general, all the hotel staff are very friendly. Great treatments. I even got to know Hungary a little. The wonderful guides Sveta from 1000 roads, Janusz, Alex, Lena (tour of Vienna) helped with this. And again, the transfer that picked us up from the hotel was also 1.5 hours late. A self-respecting company should take care of this, because this is the face of the company. The distance to the lake is 800 meters, not 550. Meals are half board: breakfast, dinner. Lunch - onion soup! This is not three meals a day! The transfer is late by 20 minutes, this is exciting. Water is not provided in the hotel, only for money and not little. This is not the service of a 4 star hotel.
