The transport system is well established: buses, trains, taxis, minibuses - everything is accessible and nearby. All these years we have been attracted here by: 1....the location itself, 2..coordinated work of the staff (any problems are resolved immediately from the high degree of qualification and sincerity of the staff) It is appropriate here to express my gratitude to the medical receptionist Katerina, the girls from the water treatment department Kristina and Natasha and many more employees (unfortunately I don’t know their names) who put their souls into serving the clients of the sanatorium.Negatives
And now the negative... For the past three years, the food in the sanatorium has been excellent. Everything is tasty, fresh, and cooked with soul. This year, the quality of food disappointed us.... The buns and cakes for tea simply do not stand up to any normal words. In my strong opinion, they are frozen and reheated several times and it is simply impossible to eat them. And in general, we have something to compare with... However, three times over the past three years we ate at this place and felt a striking difference even in the assortment of products. In short, what san.Belarus attracted us for the previous three years, this year turned us away. 1. We had a good “plus” room, but it overlooked the industrial part of the sanatorium; with the window open, it was impossible to sleep with constant noise, no air conditioning, bed linen was not changed even once in 8 days, towels were not changed a couple of times. 2. The food, compared to other sanatoriums, is rather scanty, but you can eat it, breakfast is a buffet, but if you don’t come from 8.30, a lot of things ran out and there wasn’t enough for everyone. 3. Treatment: all the procedures we needed were for an additional fee (massage, lymphatic drainage, hydromassage, etc.) and the promised 28 procedures included a swimming pool and a fitness room, although the advertisement says that the procedures are in addition to the swimming pool. In fact, we received baths, a magnet, a pump room, a swimming pool, exercise therapy and 1 massage for free. For the rest we paid extra.

I live in Riga and chose a sanatorium on our Riga seaside because of its proximity to home. My friend and I have repeatedly vacationed in Druskininkai (sanatorium Egle + .comfort), so there is something to compare with.... Sanatorium "Belarus" is very inferior (in our opinion) in terms of the package of paid procedures (visiting the pool is also a procedure, and the rest three are a bath, magnetic therapy and massage of one area of the back.....) We also did not like the food - lunch and dinner from the menu. We took a robe and towel for the pool from home....

Disgusting nutrition that goes absolutely against healthy procedures. In addition, at the time of my stay in the sanatorium, there was a real epidemic of a stomach virus, which affected many people, including me. It is no secret that in such cases the sanatorium should be closed, but all the staff pretended that this was just an isolated case because if the sanatorium was closed, it would lose both money and patients. Very old washed towels and ancient bathtubs also don’t make the best impression.

The treatment is superficial. They don't do tests. Rather, it is prevention. Basically all inexpensive procedures are magnet, laser, whirlpool showers and baths. It’s probably healthier and certainly won’t hurt to take a regular walk by the sea and swim. But overall there is no negative impression left. Everything is fine! The price-quality ratio is excellent!

Nice resort, rooms are clean, no complaints. Cleaning every day, 5 minutes walk to the sea from high floors you can see it. Most vacationers are pensioners, there are few young people. Treatment includes 4 procedures per day, one of which is a swimming pool with mineral water. The sanatorium was quiet and calm; you couldn’t hear the neighbors in the rooms. Suitable for family holidays. We are very grateful to the management of this sanatorium and the staff for their sensitive and attentive attitude towards vacationers.
